The place has an inside counter area with indoor seating with air conditioned comfort. There's also an outside order window and a few purple picnic tables in front (no smoking is allowed in front of the shop, so others can enjoy their ice cream. This is a great rule). I stopped here recently on a very hot Saturday night. Since just ate dinner at a nearby restaurant, I decided to order my dessert at Woody's. I got a double scoop of Colombian Coffee hard ice cream cone, which came out to about $3 and change. The ice cream cone was pretty big and a very refreshing treat for dessert. I will definitely have to return to Woody's for a Boston shake on my next visit to Herkimer. CASH ONLY

Watching from the car, the couple seemed to also be having words with each other. My 74 year old father came back to the car and also said they were rude and seemed as though they didn't want any business. They flicked off their lights as soon as we stepped away from the window despite another customer approaching. This was about 7:04pm. I'm not sure why they have chosen such a joyful business if they don't have any joy to spread. I'm not happy that we spent our money there.
