They clearly take pride in having a clean modern and cheerful space. I was surprised at the speed of their machines. A decent size load only took 19 minutes to wash. I had brought a book and I barely had time to crack it open. Drying took about 25 minutes. Cost me less than six dollars and a pleasant conversation about the area to boot. They also offer a drop off option. Highly recommend!

Got a couple coats I needed cleaned and this was the closest place to me so I gave it a try…read more Dropped it off on a Friday and the lady didn't even look at the items just asked me what they were and I told her "a sweater and a trench coat" so she gives me my ticket with the price I'll need to pay when I pick it up Monday. I go to pick it up and she tells me she has to charge me more (about $8 more) cause she thought one of the jackets was a suit jacket not a full length coat even though I had told her it was a trench coat. I'm definitely not happy.

Worst service I have ever experienced!! I had my dress dry cleaned by them a few weeks back. I…read morenoticed that they didn't get the stains out of the bottom of the dress & also during the dry cleaning process the underwire for my corset on my dress had come out. (Wasn't like that when I dropped it off initially) So I dropped my elopement/reception dress off last Thursday & was given a 2 day turnaround time. I called Monday & Tuesday still no dress. I called today (Thursday ONE WEEK LATER) & still no dress! The lady on the phone just kept saying sorry I don't have an ETA. I needed my dress for my reception on Friday. The owner Lee & his wife were not helpful at all! They didn't offer any resolution or care that they were at fault! They had no explanation as to why the dress wasn't ready. I had been waiting all day for a notification from Krystal all day about the arrival of my dress. I happened to be driving by the building & I saw a vehicle outside. When I pulled up I saw my dress hanging up & I saw her inside. Once she let me know I noticed she was trying to sew my dress. (Which should have already been done) This is when I noticed that now the underwire had completely come out on both sides of my dress. I was so upset and still there was no resolution. I left the location with my dress unaltered, still stained, & pissed off. Worst customer service experience. I told Krystal multiple times she needed to get a manager on the phone and I needed to talk to them and it was just excuses of "oh he's driving" and when the manager did answer she wouldn't allow me to speak to them. Nor did the manager ask to speak to me to help me fix THEIR mistake.
