WOW is all I really have to say. Travis + his team's work is amazing. My boyfriend's company gets their cars cleaned by him all the time and when my cat had an accident in the car, Travis was his first recommendation. I contacted Travis on Saturday afternoon and he was able to come out to my apartment complex within 48 hours. He was on time, extremely friendly and was quick with his work. Turnaround time for a Super Wash was about an hour. He cleaned both inside and out and even got the cat urine out of my passenger seat/seatbelt! For reference, I have a Subaru Outback and my car looked and smelled brand new when he was done. I would definitely recommend them and am excited to get my car detailed by them again. Bought a used car about a month ago that was in already very good shape, but needed some exterior defect paint correction and interior cleaning. Scheduled a date via their online calendar and was able to get in within the same week. Communication with Travis was great via email and George (his co-worker) via phone call. They called me 45 minutes prior to arriving and were there at the time I was told. They have everything they need to do a full on mobile detail job from water, pressure washer, air compressor, cleaning chemicals etc. George spent over 1 hour just washing/clay barring the vehicle so that's how I know these guys are professional and meticulous at what they do. I came out to give George some water and check up on him a few times and he was really putting in that work. I never saw him stop to take a break for the 5 hours he was working on the vehicle. Granted it was also 77 degree's out that day too in direct sunlight. The interior and exterior came out exactly how I imagined and the price I paid is almost unbelievable. My wife even gave George a tip because she was astonished at the hard work he was putting in. Knocked off 1 star for tiny little details that I do not think the normal 85% general public paying customer would find. I'm a car enthusiast and hobby detailer myself so there are just small details that were not addressed. But to a normal customer you will not notice. Overall - I've recommended George and Perfection Mobile Detailing to my co-workers and friends who are looking to "maintain" their current "Good-to-Excellent" condition vehicles. These guys did a fine job for years. I've given them lots of referral business due to their quality and price. Then they abruptly dropped me, refusing to communicate. I never had an issue with paying them, always kind, waving at them when I saw them in traffic. Then nothing. Travis had an attitude problem with me only once, a long time ago, over me simply asking him to do a complete wash job. His response was that he didn't feel like washing my vehicle in its entirety, which was ridiculous. So I told him we would only work with his employees, as they always do a better job than him. He respectfully obliged, no big deal. Or so I thought. I don't think he values my business. And it appears he believes my cars aren't valuable enough to warrant his respect. What a pity. Travis will do the job ok with maybe an attitude if your car's value doesn't exceed $12k. If it's over 50, he will probably be very different. read more

Amazing. I have tan cloth seats and had some stains from passengers drinks, pant dye bleeding onto the seats, etc. Tyson got them all out and made my 2015 optima look brand new! I found Travis and Perfection Mobile Detailing on here after a fun turned not so fun night due to an over consumption of adult beverages by yours truly. I did spend some time cleaning the car myself but I could not get the smell to go away. It was getting warmer outside and the thought of the smell getting worse was enough. I knew I needed serious help from a professional ASAP. Overall my car appearance was clean inside and out, and would pass if I needed to drive my clients or boss if it weren't for the smell. Literally like something had died, but much worse. Definitely not my finest hour. Scheduling was easy. Travis wasn't able to come the day of the call but the appointment was set within a couple days as he was fairly booked for the week which was much appreciated. While it would've been nice to get same day service, him being busy gave me comfort that he was in demand. Day of the appointment, the van rolled up and he and another person cleaned my car inside and out as agreed. The car looked great and more importantly smelled fantastic! He was so confident that he put his nose right on the floor mat. Totally unnecessary and ill-advised if you asked me. The outside was sparkling clean, the inside was what it should be, and it's fun driving my car again! The 5 star reviews was a factor for the initial call but the quality of work and flexibility to take care an emergency need makes it easy to help with this recommendation. Scheduled an interior cleaning, but no one showed up at the agreed upon time. All of this was scheduled over email, so I am quite certain I had the time correct. They also never responded when I asked if they were still going to come (an hour after it was supposed to start). Haven't heard from them since. Completely unprofessional. I received a mini detail for my Honda Accord and Honda Odyssey (minivan) and had previously used there services about a year ago. I work from home so I saw how good a job they did and how long it took them. I have kids who are 2, 5, and 7 who often eat in the minivan and also are always bringing random junk from hikes, rocks, trees, leaves, various drinks, spilling yogurt, climbing over seats with mud on there shoes, leaving stickers everywhere. Call it happy kids, but it was a disaster in there. They did an incredible job and made it picture perfect clean, like you couldn't even tell I had kids in there. I had one guy do the minivan on one day (not Travis) and a different guy (Tyson) do the accord on another day. Both arrived at 2:30 pm, on time and worked until it was perfect. They were not rushed at all so it's clear to me that they really strive for perfection over profit. They both did amazing jobs and for the amount of painstaking hours it took the prices are crazy low. I recommended them to a work colleague with kids and they were also blown away by their job. Wow!!! Travis did an amazing job on my 8 year old minivan, which was embarrassingly filthy inside and out...3 young kids and a dog who likes to come out with us often will do some major damage. I do my best to keep it up but it was way overdue. Travis was very easy to get in touch with and was able to get me on his schedule within a week and on the day of my choice. He showed up on time and spent about 4 hours detailing my sweet ride. I have to say, his hard work far exceeded my expectations...and I can be pretty picky when it come to cleaning.
