JC came by the house to do full exterior details on my Ram 1500, GMC 1500, and Terrain. Showed up on time, with all supplies and very friendly. Did an excellent job on all 3 vehicles and took his time on each. Did the GMC and Terrain day 1 and Ram day 2, I'd say spent 16 hours all together on the 3 vehicles conducting a spotless exterior detail, wax, and ceramic coating on the Ram. I highly recommend the ceramic coating, makes a world of difference in how often you need to clean your vehicle, water and mud just fall off. Upfront and very reasonable pricing. I too was a little skeptical of all 5 star reviews. Not anymore. The detail itself was a four star detail. There were a couple of spots that are admittedly difficult to see/clean that I easily touched up after he was done. I should have pointed them out beforehand but not a big deal. So you're probably asking yourself, "why did this guy put 5 stars if he thought it was a four star?"... and that's a great question. Here is why I added another star; JC went above and beyond in accommodating my schedule. I had made a mistake in when JC said he booked me so I was all ready to go on a Friday... but it was the wrong Friday. Again, my fault, but JC made room and did my detail later in the day. He really helped me out and I can't say many businesses would do that. On top of that, the guy works REALLY hard. I would definitely hire him again. If (more like when) you have JC work on your car, here are a few tips: 1. Make sure you have the right date :) 2. Go over any trouble spots or things you want special attention paid to before the detail begins. 3. Don't watch him work. This may sound odd but trust me. First, you'll get tired because he's in constant motion for about 5 hours. Second, you'll keep thinking he's done because your car looks awesome but he'll go back to his van and bring out sintering else to continue working on your car. Here is a little tip that you might find handy: If you like having a clean car, don't get one with a light colored interior. And, if you do get one with a light colored interior, maybe don't get a black dog. And if you do have a light-colored interior and a black dog, maybe don't take him anywhere in your car between the months of October and April, or if you do take him somewhere, maybe don't let him sit in the back seat. Fortunately, if you're like me, and you do all of those things, all hope is not lost! JC will come to your house, set up shop in your garage, and clean your car until it looks - and smells - like new. I found him on Yelp, we traded emails, he showed up when I expected him, and went right to work. This is no quick, superficial clean - he removed every last dog hair, shampooed the upholstery, got all the crumbs out, everything. He took much longer than I expected, but he wasn't done until the car was "just so." He was very pleasant, and the price was more than fair for the service. JC came out to my house to detail the inside of my crew cab truck. He was going to do the outside as well as my daughter's car, but uncooperative weather so rescheduled that part.
