Had lunch and it was delicious! I ordered the spring rolls and brisket pho. Both were great. Spring rolls had shrimp and fresh ingredients with a peanut sauce for dipping. Brisket pho had lots of fresh sides to add if you chose: bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños, fresh basil and lime slices. I added it all as I enjoy the jalapeno spice and it was delicious. Love this hidden gem on Germantown Parkway. I had a fun time with family during Thanksgiving. The service was great. Our server was very nice. The crispy tofu was spot on. Kids noodle soup was a big hit with the little one. I'd probably skip the egg rolls next time and try the spring rolls. They weren't bad, just normal ... which made them stand out next to the other amazing dishes. Only downside was the lack of spice. No spice level to choose from. Thai food without spice is odd. The food was delicious! Me and my boyfriend both got the pho ribeye and it was wonderful. It was my boyfriend first time having pho and he LOVED it. The service was super fast our drinks were always full and we had our food with 10-15 minutes of ordering. The ambience was also great. The shop is very cutely decorated and clean. I've had food here several times and each time I want it more and more. I only ever get the pho, but it's so good/fresh every time! The only time I've ever dined in was back in 2020 and they had closed the inside. We were able to sit at a few tables just outside the restaurant though, which was alright at that time. Ever since then, I've only ordered takeout to enjoy in my home (which is always packaged well). Like I said, it's always good and leaves me wanting more. My go to is usually the combo pho (different types of beef). The broth is always so light and refreshing and then of course I use the fixings to my liking. I've been wanting to try the pho tom (shrimp). Maybe one day soon, I'll try it and a few other menu items like the egg/spring rolls. Overall, I've always had a pleasant experience. read more

This place is so awesome! I like a lot of their menu items and am happy to try things here. It's a bit far out so I haven't been back. I also love the Lemongrass Chicken, but which spiciness I like varies each time. The pad thai is also excellent here. The Mi Xao Mem is tolerable but not delightful. I also tried his Hu Tien Xao and loved it. The flat noodles are so flavorful! I wanna get that next time. In the house specials you can get all three but I found I loved the shrimp best- the chicken was good, too but the steak was just meh to me. Oh, they don't have brown rice here, so if you were hoping to sub out white rice for brown rice you can't do that here. I like this place enough to come back repeatedly. So very clean!! Everything is so organized and fresh and it is a meal that I will always turn to for a refresher. There was so much pho leftover it filled two containers to bring home! This bowl could easily serve four people. I also had Jasmine tea and it was delicate and perfect for the meal. The service was quick and accommodating and I ate alone and read my book. So the noise level is low even with many customers. Great space and plenty of parking. The cabbage and veggies in the pho was fresh and very well trimmed and clean and delicious. My wife and I stopped in for some Vietnamese cuisine. The atmosphere was a little dated but we had a wonderful time being served by Ace. He was warm and well spoken. My wife got the pho combo in which the meat was overcooked and the cilantro wilted. I myself had the mi xao mem which had actual larvae in it. We saw the owner walk in and he did not make a point to offer a refund or a replacement. He didn't even bother to come speak to us about it. This place is disgusting, we will not be coming back. It was a couple of hours past lunchtime and I was STARVING! I recently had a horrible experience at another Vietnamese restaurant in town, so pulled up the reviews on this one. I saw a photo that showed Bahn Mi on the menu, and I was all in! The place was somewhat busy for a week day afternoon, but I was greeted and seated promptly. Bummer. No Bahn Mi on the menu, so I regrouped and ordered my 2nd favorite item, Shrimp Vermicelli. The food came out very quickly. I felt like the portion was a tad small for the price, but this dish was 100% slurp worthy! I'll definitely return. I was finally able to visit this spot. I decided to stop in to grab food before heading to visit a friend. They allow you to cone inside (with mask) and order at the door. You then wait in your vehicle for them to bring the food out. My food was absolutely delicious. My pho had ample garnishing as well. All items were packed and secured well for travel. The restaurants are opening again in the beginning re-opening phases of the COVID 19 pandemic...most would be skeptical of restaurant eating which I am most as well, but I have been wanting to try this place FOREVER!!!, finally did today and it was GOOD, GOOD, GOOD, y'all. I ordered the egg rolls, green papaya salad, Mi Xao Mem, and chicken fried rice...hungry and wanting to try everything on the menu don't go together...luckily my 19 year old son and 20 year old nephew didn't mind helping, lol. We loved it all, and my son, an aspiring culinary arts major, is a person who thinks mint is awful but he loved it in the papaya salad, go figure. That green papaya salad is SO good!! He said "I can just see eating that on a hot day...", LOL! I knew the dishes would not be what were used to because they were Vietnamese flavors, but we were SO pleasantly surprised and I will be back...flavors bursting from everywhere with just the right amount of heat. I hate it took me so long to get here...their fish sauce is the best!! And let me tell you about the ordering process which is currently pick up only...I ordered from my vehicle in the parking lot by phone which was fine with me. When I walked in to pick up my order, they have tables set up right at the door so you are six feet from the staff that is assisting you with your pick up RIGHT AT THE DOOR, no further, not passing go, not collecting $200. The young lady wore a mask, gloves and offered foaming sanitizer to us coming in the door and also used it herself. I greatly appreciate the effort, especially being in the healthcare field myself.
