I've always heard this place was good and worth trying. I was psyched I had a chance to try this and I'm glad to go back. The Pad Thai here was meh but I'd try other things. I asked for the Basil Fried Rice Combo to be spicy but they didn't really make it spicy so I'd want to ask for additional spicy stuff on the side. I didn't really enjoy any of their meat from the fried rice combo so I'm worried I wouldn't like any of their meals since the meat tends to be the same in each thing. Also, since the max spicy isn't really spicy to me at all, I can't just cover up the flavor with spice. I am still definitely willing to come here and try things but I'm just not sure what I'll end up liking. When the food got here, I was so disappointed. I opened up the sesame chicken, and it was a light brown, almost yellow watery sauce, and all I could smell was vinegar. I tried it, and and the chicken was tough. The sauce was disgusting. I had to throw the whole dish out. I also ordered to edamame, and it was alright. It came with a lime, which was the only seasoning it had. It was steamed to the point of losing most of its' color. The soy beans inside were still nice bright and firm though. Came as a group of 6 and we got our food one at a time over the course of an HOUR. As in ONE person got their food about 15 minutes after we all ordered, then another person got their order 15 minutes after that, etc. It was over 45 minutes later before the last person finally got their food. Apparently they had run out of an ingredient and instead of just telling her to order something else or choose a substitution they went out to buy the ingredient... By the time the last member of our party finally got her food, most of us were done eating. They did try to make it up to her with some apology spring rolls on the house that were given 5 minutes before her actual meal came out. The food itself is what you'd expect. Cheap, so so "Chinese" food. I got the pad thai and it was very overcooked and mushy. Very little flavor. We were there for roughly two hours and never got our bill so we had to flag down our waiter (the only employee in the place besides the chef) and ask for it. He asked how the bill was split. We told him everyone was buying their own food and drink. He brought back the bills completely incorrectly. Appetizers were mixed up. Drinks no one ever even ordered were on peoples bills who ordered water. It was a mess. We explained what needed to be fixed. A solid 15 minutes later he comes back with the bills. Still 5 incorrect. At least one was right. It was not until the FOURTH time. Yes, Im not kidding. That he got all 6 bills correct. Each time we patiently explained which dishes were paired with which drinks. I wish I were kidding because the whole experience felt like a fever dream. The whole payment ordeal literally took an entire hour. It was unbelievable. It's a classic Cantonese dish made with thick, flat and wide RICE noodles plus scallions, vegetables and tender slices of beef. I was excited to discover this place had it on the menu! I ordered the beef pad Thai , I had to send it back the meat looked old and purple, and full of fat. The server said that it was lightly breaded not sure how that makes the meat look purple. Been on an Asian food kick lately and this place was very disappointing. When asked if the curry was Thai or Indian in the coconut curry soup no one knew. I ordered it anyway, first no coconut flavor at all and it was very sour (couldn't figure the curry either). I could not eat it, it was terrible. The egg rolls were not made to order and must have been sitting quite awhile. The entire staff was sitting at a table having a late lunch, Their food looked hot & fresh. I've been to this restaurant before and enjoyed the food. I've walked in and ordered take out and enjoyed the food as well. After the service I received yesterday when I ordered an order online for pick up... they have lost me as a customer forever. I placed an order at 4:49 pm and indicated that I wanted to pick it up at 5:15. As I was leaving my office at 5:01, I got a call telling me that my order was ready. I reiterated that I wanted it at 5:15, and expressed concern that it would be cold if it was sitting there the next fifteen minutes. The young man who called said, "we'll be keeping it hot for you... just pick it up if you're in the area." I arrived and walked in at 5:13. The first thing I noticed was that there was a take out order sitting on the pass through counter from the kitchen to the take out area. It was not under any kind of heat lamp. I told the two people standing there that if it was my order, I didn't want it because it had been sitting at least 15 minutes, if not longer. The young man said, "Well, we get busy so we just make the orders when they come in." I reminded him that I had wanted it at 5:15, NOT at 4:49 when I placed the order. I told them that they could either re-make it, or I would just leave. He told the young lady standing next to him, "I'll call and if HE approves it we will remake it." He proceeded to call "dad" and recap the situation. Without saying a word to me, he got off the phone and started ringing up something on the computer... then walked into the kitchen. When he got there, he snatched the previously packaged order and proceeded to go through it. He took one container and put it up on the window. He was opening another and it looked like he was dumping it out on the griddle. I said, "Hey... if you're just going to reheat the same food... I don't want it." At this point, the 17-18 year old teenager looks at me and yells across the counter, "SWEETIE that's just the lettuce I put up there." I was furious at the level of disrespect displayed. I'm a mother and a grandmother and there is no way that this $@$!!! should be calling me "SWEETIE". I repeated what he said in disbelief.... "SWEETIE?" twice.... and walked out. As I said, they've lost my business. Maybe "dad" should not be leaving a teenager in charge of a business. It's sad because I really did like their pot stickers too. read more

I came here for a take out order, I did not order ahead of time. I ordered some noodles, and potstickers. It was slightly busy, so the 25 minutes it took to get my food is not my main reason for a negative review. The take out order counter is a joke. They need to come up with a better system. Basically, there were two males who were doing all of the cooking, and they were efficient at that. However, for the takeout orders, the cooks throw the food in styrofoam containers, and just stack it all up on the takeout counter, quicker than the girl who takes orders AND puts stuff in bags can go. This poor girl was doing her beat to open each box (nothing is labeled) and figure out which item goes in what bag according to a copy of the receipt. It was madness. There were other employees standing around too, and the owner or manager im assuming (older asian lady). The older lady finally helped and started calling peoples names for their order. There were probably 10 people waiting on takeout it was so backed up. The older lady did actually handed me my order, and did not apologize to anyone for the long wait, just basically rushed people out. So after waiting 25 minutes to get my takeout, im so hungry that i eat a potsticker in the car... guess what? Its cold in the middle. Then i check the others, all 8 were cold. I guess 25 minutes wasn't long enough for them to cook? The noodles were nothing special, they were honestly just like any other asian restaurant. At least they were warm. I may give it a try again one day to see if that was an off day, but between the service and the cold food I cant rate it high. read more

Noodles Asian Bistro opened today (10/12/2010) in Germantown, TN. We visited for dinner around 6pm and found the place pretty well packed. They serve a modern fusion of the cuisines of China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan and Thailand. Noodles also serves bubble tea and bubble tea smoothies. Their menu agrees with their above stated concept, and you will find a nice variety of items. Their website lists the menu for your review. Noodles has take-out and sit-down dining in a spacious dining room. Hours are Sunday - Thursday 11am - 9pm, and Friday & Saturday 11am - 10pm. Plenty of wait staff to go around, but the kitchen was a bit slow (first day issues that I'm sure will improve.) Management was walking around the dining room checking with customers to make sure they noted any issues. In our first visit, we were in the mood for noodles/soup, and ordered their vegetable yakisoba, stewed beef noodle soup and a bubble tea smoothie. I had the stewed beef noodle soup which was prepared nicely with a very flavorful broth. The beef was tender, and cut to the right size, with just the right amount of noodles, scallion and baby bok choy. My dining companion had the yakisoba, and she praised the flavor of the dish. Her's came out a bit later than mine, and she got to sample my dish as well. In fact, she like it so much that I started to think that she would end up eating most of mine! Both dishes tasted very fresh. I attribute the bad timing to first night in a new restaurant, and the manager came out to apologize for the delay. We look forward to our next visit and the chance to taste some of the other dishes on Noodles menu. read more

Ordered the General Tso on Uber Eats and it was utterly disgustingly bad. Outside of the fact that it did come with broccoli this was the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. The rice was poorly cooked and utterly disgusting. The chicken was sad and soggy with a sauce that seems to have come from out of a can. Complete disaster when you add the Uber Eats delivery charge and your meal ends up being $18. Never again though shame on me for even trying Chinese food around here. read more

My family and I was there on a Saturday morning at 11am. We have been eating here every other Saturday for months. My son and I both had fried rice meals. Both of our rice dishes were not cooked all the way. We mentioned this to the staff and they just shrugged it off. My wife also had to get up and refill the drinks for us. It had been self serve on the drinks pre coronavirus. We have had issues in the past occasionally but just dealt with it. Once before the shrimp in my shrimp fried rice still had the peelings on them. I would recommend passing this place by. We not mad at them just tired of subpar food for the price. read more
