    Black pepper chicken

Got the black pepper chicken, which was really good. A little disappointed in the crab wontons - there really wasn't much cream cheese at all. Still, an overall pleasant experience.

Singapore street noodles (or at least what I got when I ordered Singapore street noodles)

Ordered the Singapore street noodles. I have gotten them there in the past. It was full of veggies not listed in the menu, missing some of the veggies that were listed and was using the wrong noodles. The only flavor I would say it has was "spicy". Bummer as I was really looking forward to them and decided to treat myself.

I ordered delivery. I had never had food from Noodle Asian Bistro before, but they delivered to my house with UberEats, and my all time favorite chinese did not. When the food got here, I was so disappointed. I opened up the sesame chicken, and it was a light brown, almost yellow watery sauce, and all I could smell was vinegar. I tried it, and and the chicken was tough. The sauce was disgusting. I had to throw the whole dish out. I also ordered to edamame, and it was alright. It came with a lime, which was the only seasoning it had. It was steamed to the point of losing most of its' color. The soy beans inside were still nice bright and firm though. The only redeeming thing about the order. Will not order from here again. Any chinese place that can't do sesame chicken, can't be trusted for anything else.

The remnants of combo fried rice!!

Stopped for lunch. I ordered combo fried rice and it was delicious. So delicious that I forgot to take a picture. All I can show you is my empty plate (which tells the story). Service was decent. It wasn't bad and wasn't great. Food was served promptly and very hot and fresh. The rice was straight from the wok. It was seasoned well, I don't have to add soy sauce at all. Just the right amount of protein and vegetables for the rice. I had a perfect lunch today!

I got something that I would now call the equivalent of Asian chicken noodle soup. I'm sure other dishes have more flavor but this one was bland

Food was incredible, nice costumer service , nice environment too. The temperature was a little too hot, but other than that it was good.

I loved the Thai Curry Shrimp Wontons but they aren't as shareable as I was expecting. I was thinking they'd be special dumplings but it was more like a dumpling soup. I really liked the Ma Po Tofu which was unexpected because I usually don't like tofu. But this tofu was super soft and decently flavorful. The Egg Drop Soup was very flavorful and doesn't have the weird aftertaste that some of them have. I wasn't as impressed with the Ma La chicken as I hoped so I wouldn't get that for myself again but everything else was delicious and I'd get it all again. The Vietnamese Coffee was really cool. It reminded me of one I'd read about recently in a book about Vietnamese restaurants. Surprise, I'm a nerd. It was cool to experience IRL something I'd just been reading about. The Thai Iced Tea though was not my thing. My friend who is into that specific type of tea said it was really good so please listen to her, not me since I am really weird about tea. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kept our drinks filled while making sure our table had everything we needed. The customer service was easily the highlight of the visit. Since it's a buffet, there was a nice variety of food to choose from. They had classic Chinese favorites, seafood, noodles, fried rice, dumplings, desserts, and more. I tried a little bit of everything, and while nothing really stood out as exceptional, everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly acceptable. It was a solid buffet experience without any major complaints. The restaurant itself was clean, and the buffet stations stayed organized even during the lunch rush. Food was refilled regularly, so there was never much waiting for fresh items. If I had to rate the food alone, I'd say it was average. It wasn't the best buffet I've had, but it wasn't disappointing either. The real reason I'd come back is because of the excellent service. The staff treated our entire group with kindness and professionalism, which made the lunch enjoyable. Overall, Pacific Fusion is a good option if you're looking for a buffet with plenty of choices and outstanding customer service. It's also a great place for larger groups since they handled our party of eight with ease. I'd definitely return, especially for another work lunch.
