First of all let me say that I am very critical of work I have others do for me because I am a perfectionist. It's very rare when you get a flyer for a company and they actually perform the work they state they offer. I received a flyer from Greenbee on mydoor showing prices. for alumiwood patio covers. "Great", I thought, because we've been in dire need of a patio cover for years! I first read about 40 reviews on Yelp to what others thought and to see actual completed work. Some good and some bad. I was somewhat skeptical to call at first because I've had bad experiences using non referred companies in the past. I called them expecting the worst based on some of the bad reviews I saw posted on Yelp. I left a message and the next day the receptionist called me back. I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote. On May 9th Luis came out (as scheduled) and spoke with my husband (i was out running errands) about what we wanted and he showed my husband the products he offered and even suggested some variations. He provided a super reasonable quote (which was 1/2 the price my next door neighbor paid someone else to get a similar product). My husband scheduled the appointment for the work to be done 2 weeks later (just in time for Memorial Day). Ok I thought, let's hope they show up because ppl have complained that they didn't. Arrival time was set for 8:30 am on 5/23/14. Just like they said....they arrived at 8:30am! Impressive! Ok let's see how the workers perform (another complaint I read about). The material was brought to the back, radio set up & turned on to a reasonable level, and workers commence building our patio cover. They build the patio cover, install fans and speakers. No loud talking and no mess all over the place! The end results.....A patio cover that I rave about to friends, family and Facebook! I love it. No more burning up in the hot Riverside sun. We were referred by a friend to GreenBee Construction. There patio was installed last summer and they were very happy with the work and price. I sent an email and they called me back the same day. They were out within a couple of days to do the measurements and provide the quote. Brian came out and was very professional. He answered all my questions. They were much less than the other 2 estimates and they were able to install in less than 2 weeks. The others were about $2000-3000 more and were about 3-5 weeks to schedule the work. Once I had all 3 estimates, it was an easy decision. I called the office to schedule the work. Luis called me back within a couple of hours and went over the details. We picked a date and time. He did explain that they would be there about 9am because our patio was fairly large (50' by 12') and it would take a bit longer to load up the materials. The 2 installers showed up on time. They were very professional and asked where they could stage the work. I was impressed that 2 guys could put this up in one day. They also installed a couple of post lights and 3 ceiling fans. They took all the trash and used a blower to clear off the patio. They did a great job cleaning up. We had our new patio installed by GreenBee on March 18th. We have been enjoying our backyard ever since. I have already made copies of their flyer and recommended GreenBee to several friends and co-workers. Our experience was awesome... read more

EXCELLENT COMPANY! ONE OF THE BEST IN THE VALLEY! I'm really not sure what the deal is with all these bad reviews...We've been in the Temecula Valley for over 15 years owning two properties and wish I'd have found GreenBee from the beginning. We've dealt with lots of companies/contractors and I can tell you I will never call anyone but GreenBee to work on my property. As a matter of fact, I've got and appointment this coming week with Kory Roberts to get an estimate on more work!!! The work they did last August looks as good as the day they finished it! My original review stands: We've had lots of work done to both properties we've owned and wish we had contacted Green Bee on the very first job! Kory was our initial contact with the company and what a great first impression! He answered all my questions and gave suggestions I had never considered which made our project even better. The crew showed up on time and worked nonstop to completion and was very flexible working around some scheduling issues I had. Then David came out to make sure the job was finished to our liking. They made our small project seem as important as a huge one! If you had a problem with this company, I'm sorry, but the problem wasn't with Green Bee. We have many more years of work to do to this new property and Green Bee will be on speed dial because of their great employees, dependable crews, and beyond fair pricing! Had a great experience dealing with GreenBee for our patio cover. Our estimate was fair and accurate and Mack was professional and pleasant. I got a few different estimates and all were fairly similar. GreenBee was the highest estimate (not by much), but I was impressed with the service from the beginning and their reviews are much higher than their competitors, so I wanted to stick with them. When I called Luis to try to get a better deal, he agreed the other guys had a great price and he couldn't beat it...his honesty and transparency was refreshing and his lack of being desperate proved their quality most likely speaks for itself. Once finalizing the appointment, they took care of the city permit and inspector appointment. They arrived on time and worked quickly on the day of the installation. There were some issues trying to pull power from our house to the way I preferred, but they offered several solutions and let me decide how to proceed. They installed a light on the side of the cover as well as a fan. The cover came out beautiful and sturdy. A few weeks after install, we had a large rain storm and there were absolutely no leaks or issues - this was a concern for me as the cheaper "other guys" had several reviews noting leaking near the fascia attachment to the house. I had the best experience using Green Bee. Cole came out to give us the quote on our patio cover. My husband was stuck at work so I was left to gather all of the information. Cole was AMAZING... by far the best Salesman I have ever worked with. He answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. When I told my husband about it, he had a few more questions. I text Cole and within minutes got a response. Green Bee was not the cheapest quote we got (not overpriced either) but due to the superior service I received, we decided to go with them anyways. Installation was exceptional. The guys came on time and told me I bought the wrong fan, so I ran back to home depot to exchange, they made sure it was good, and continued with their work. It would have been so easy for them to just install the fan just to have it warp from the weather. They ended up finishing and going to my Husband's work to get the paperwork signed because I was in Hemet and they finished faster than I expected!!!! What service!! They even came back later that night when the lights in the backyard weren't working. This was at like 7pm. And stupid me... it was just the breaker!! They came flipped the switch and all was perfect. I cannot say enough about this amazing company!! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE GreenBee provided Great Sales services and Great Contractor's who where always thoughtful and insightful. Prior to there arrival I had measured, designed and drawn up a desired plan for our back-yard, which would require planters, grass, additional concrete, drainage, proper irrigation, and extra dirt brought in for leveling. Previous to GreenBee's service we had a back patio poured, which was the length of the house and unfortunately I miss placed the name of the color of the concrete, our Sales Rep called the color out and was spot on to tie in the mow curb and additional concrete poured down the side of the house. What a relief. Our Sales Rep took the time to listen to all of our concerns, went over my design plans with me to make sure they accounted for all design needs. The team of contractors where also very kind and continually checked with me for customer satisfaction every step of the way, from the concrete forms being set to irrigation coverage. They showed up on time daily and cleaned up before leaving, very professional, thoughtful & kind attitudes. We very much appreciate GreenBee's Services and recommend them to others. read more

We love our pool design. We had a 40x18 foot pool with spa and water features installed along with a side yard project. We had originally designed a 36x18 pool but after the first day of the dig we realized we wanted to add the 4 feet which was approved overnight which shows they will work with you on your wants. There were some glitches along the way as is expected with any construction project.The only issue we had was communication; our calls were not always returned in a timely fashion or we were not aware of the status/schedule of our project. I do agree with other blogs that phone calls were not always returned but overall we are very happy with our pool. We paid more but my husband and I feel we got more for our money. Everyone loves our backyard--including our neighbors who went with a different pool company and wish they had gone with Green Bee. Eric, our designer, did everything in his power to make sure we were happy with the design and outcome. I highly recommend this contractor for your pool--they just need to work on the communication (namely the head supervisor for our project). We are the envy of our block!! Thank you Green Bee. I hired GreenBee to install a patio cover with ceiling fan. I chose them over the other quotes due to the quoting process. Brian was thorough and flexible as he returned alternate times to discuss several modifications. Other vendors were in the same price range. As we waited for our delayed HOA approval, Luis would send followup emails to check the status and keep us on the schedule as we waited. The installation crew was professional and fast. The end product is as designed. Any questions were immediately brought up during construction which is greatly appreciated. They left a clean workspace when finished which is appreciated. The only negative element was reiterating many times the colors and placement between quote to completion between several individuals along the way. Made me nervous at times, especially since the colors had never changed. Not sure if they truly were not documented each of the times we were asked, or if that is there way of making sure we werent going to change our mind. We had a patio cover installed by Green Bee recently and are extremely happy with the result. Their professionalism and customer service is excellent. The estimator was very professional and gave me all the options and told me exactly what to do. When we made the decision to go with them we had to get HOA approval and they drew up the plans and sent them right over. As soon as we had approval thy were to our city hall the next day getting our permits. Ten I thought there was a lead time on getting the material but they were ready to install not wen a week later. The crew showed up when they said they would in a clean marked truck, in marked clothing and were very nice and got the job done when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area as they found it. They set up for the city inspector to come by and I didn't have to do anything. Then they came by right after and put the finishing touches on it without even asking. Happened upon a flyer advertising patio covers and decided to call for an estimate. The estimate was completed by a courteous, professional, and knowledgeable young man who could answer all of my questions and arrived at the time stated. Being happy with the price compared to prior estimates, I called back a few days later to set up the installation and tear-down of my rather large existing patio cover. Happily, the rather hefty tear-down price was negotiated to my liking. When that day came, the 4 man crew arrived on time, in a branded truck, and wearing professional work attire. All were friendly, helpful, and Santana made sure everything went as planned. The existing (16'x42') cover was taken down in just over an hour, neatly and without mishap. The beautiful new alumawood patio cover with two lights was installed by mid-afternoon. I so appreciate that the crew was quiet, courteous, and when they were through everything was probably a little cleaner and neater than when they arrived. GreenBee has just completed our landscaping, and this is the best landscape contractor we have ever dealt with. They helped us with our plan by offering suggestions and telling us what might not work so well. They were well aware of our budget and stayed within it, never up-selling us or trying any other tactics to run up the charges. They made a few suggestions that they thought might improve the overall project and left the final decision entirely up to us. We had other bids and they were very competitive. They told us what they would do, how they would do it, when they would do it and they stayed on schedule as promised throughout. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, hard working and always concerned that we approved of what they were doing. They always cleaned up afterward, never left a mess of any kind. Abosolutely wonderful company. We have built a couple pools in the past and we felt we paid too much for the services. GreenBee Construction tops them all! In short, they were on budget, showed great professionalism, neatness, and courtesy. We received 6 other bids, GreenBee was by far the best. We are not "easy to please" people. We knew what we wanted and they didn't try to tell us what we think we wanted. We wanted a custom pool with particular needs and they gave us exactly what we wanted. They used good quality products. They always kept the work site clean, they were always on time, and they followed up on each job. We are completely satisfied with their operation and the completed project turned out to be over and above our expectations and that says alot for us. GreenBee Patios was a terrific company to work with. Mack Boltres initially came to our home to measure, explain the options, and give us a quote. He was very knowledgable and professional. Luis Bentivengo got back to us the very next day with a quote. We were able to schedule our install three weeks later, but they were able to move us up four days. We absolutely love our new patio cover. It's a solid cover with two fans and three post lights, and we feel like we just did a room addition to our home. Francisco and Omero did our install, and they were wonderful. They checked with us along the way to make sure everything turned out just perfect . They spent extra time on the fan installs, and made some minor adjustments on a few details. We received excellent customer service from Luis and everybody else involved with our patio cover. GreenBee installed a small patio cover with a ceiling fan for me. They were out to give me a quote within 2 days of my call. The rep was very knowledgeable and fully explained all my options due to a window in the way and the pool so close to the patio area. We agreed on a price and the installation was scheduled 10 days later (longer time due to July 4th holiday). The install crew was top-notch! Clean, efficient, clean, courteous, clean, helpful, clean. Did I mention they were clean? After the install, they answered all my questions regarding how to hang things on it without damaging the cover. They even wiped down the entire cover so not one speck of dust was on it. My patio area was cleaner after the install than before they arrived. When they came and gave us a quote, I was happy with the price, but I still wanted to think it over for a week or two. Just had them come out and put 2 covers up on my home. One solid cover with a ceiling fan and another slatted cover. Team that did the install was awesome !!!! These 2 covers are way better than I ever expected them to be. The team that installed did the best clean up job I have ever seen. I can not wait to have them come back and do more work. The same day I had them done I called Brian my sales guy and told him I need more work done, please come give me another estimate. Look forward to work with them again. Ron J. I recently had Green bee install a Patio Cover. I wanted to enlarge my patio slab before the new Patio Cover was installed. Luis from Green Bee was very helpful with information I needed to have the slab enlarged. Once I had patio slab enlarged I call Luis and he schedule his crew to come out within a week to install the new Patio Cover. The crew would also install 2 ceiling fans and 2 lights for the patio posts. Santana and the crew came at 7:30 am and where through by 1pm. They did a professional and clean job. After receiving 6 quotes from various contractors even though our neighbor recommended Greenbee Patios initially, we had to do our due diligence. Wow, what a difference in knowledge Mack had on his visit from the others! We even had 2 companies that either said they couldn't do the way it is now or say it would have to be half lattice and half solid ( all contractors were from "Yelp" searches). Luis and Josh were on point with follow up, reminders, emails and taking care of City Permit and SitePlan needed for H.O.A. 13 days later from our approval to go with project it was done!
