Jacob responded to my initial inquiry but then never responded to my repeated attempts to set up an appointment. Disappointing.

Our back sliding…read moredoor was replaced with French doors a few years ago and they did a wonderful job and made it a really easy process for us. We are still very happy with how that turned out. About a year and a half ago, we got a quote for new windows from Renewal by Anderson and it was completely outrageous! The cost was way too high and the salesman was unprofessional. We ended up getting a quote from Andy's Glass last fall for significantly less money and with a better warranty! Obviously we went with Andy's and the windows were a huge update on our house. We are very happy with the look and quality! The most recent home update they completed for us was a new front door. I already knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to make it happen and again, for a great price! I appreciate that they never try to talk me into something else, they are always on time, and they are very communicative. Our front door was installed by Miguel C and Eric and they did an excellent job. They were on time, polite, and the install went seamlessly! We plan to get another set of French doors and replace a few more windows in the future and I will definitely go through Andy's Glass for those!

We had multiple vendors come out and give us quotes, from the big guys to the small mom and pops. Found Andy's on Yelp and was immediately impressed with their 5-star rating. Boy am I glad we picked them. From the initial measuring and ordering process to the actual installation work, they were great to deal with! Miguel and his team really knew what they were doing. And when we let Andy's know that our white carpets had taken a bit of a beating during the week-long installation, Angela and Stephanie made sure we walked away happy customers by paying our carpet cleaning bill. We absolutely love our new modern windows and the whole Andy's crew!

The broken-down seals were causing significant heat loss/gain and allowing bugsinside. After comparing quotes from several local companies and Costco, we chose Ameristar. The deciding factor was their reasonably priced door with a built-in doggie door for our two 70 lb dogs go outside to fo their thing. Other companies either didn't offer this option or quoted more than double the price. Our sales representative, Larry, was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. Scheduling and installation were quick and efficient. The installation team did a beautiful job. Apologies for the dirty windows/dog door, we've had them up a few months. After 3 months, the doors are holding up great. We will definitely be using Ameristar again when it's time to replace our windows.

The temperature in the south facing bedroom on a hot 90 degree plus day would always be nine degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I decided to replace not only the four windows in the south facing bedroom, but six other windows that can be viewed in the same field of vision from the street, to keep the aesthetics consistent. The replacement windows I selected are double pane argon gas filled to help keep the heat out during the summer season. I put out a bid on Yelp and narrowed the field down to two companies, Note I did not select the least expensive bid, but actually selected the most expensive bid. My reasoning was a solid five star Yelp rating, BBB A+++ rating and the knowledge and excellent follow up provided by the salesperson, David White. Other factors in my decision were silver coating on the glass to reduce the intense green hue that most argon gas filled windows exhibit and exterior window casings that are solid without decorative ribs that would collect dirt. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the process and same day estimate. The process from start to finish took five weeks. This would have been as little as two weeks if I did not have an arch top window. Curved windows take longer to build, at least for Ameristar. It took me a while to prepare the two rooms, so I was not in a big hurry. The installation was done yesterday. The crew was on time, polite, and from my view, was extremely careful and exhibited excellent attention to detail. The 10 windows were installed in one day. The crew cleaned up their mess very well and everything went according to plan. I am completely satisfied with the entire process. The windows are very elegant looking, not so green and make the house look better. I trust that the temperature in the south facing bedroom will level out with the rest of the house with the argon gas in the windows. Five stars all the way. Well done.

Southbound on interstate 15 driving through Murrieta, your truck with license plate 56425S2 was cutting vehicles off and not utilizing their turn signal in between dangerous lane changes while driving at speeds in excess of 85 mph. I have photos and a video to prove it. If their employees and their expectations are any caliber of their lack of professionalism and safety for the community and its residence, I would highly suggest avoiding this company.

THE WORST! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! POOR CUSTOMER…read moreSERVICE. BAD PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! TOTAL RIP OFF! We were preparing our home for sale and needed to replace just one small dual pane glass of an old Milgard window. We provided Horizon Home Heroes aka Horizon Window Care, with the Milgard "line numbers" so that they could get the correct size, silver metal spacer, Low E glass and appropriate breather tube to match all the other windows in our great room. Instead, these idiots took away our original glass and installed glass that had a breathing tube dangling from a corner of the glass, instead of having the small capillary tube being embedded through the top side. This is a requirement to prevent the glass from breaking if the air pressure inside the dual pane glass is not in equilibrium with the pressure inside the exterior of the glass. So the dangling breathing tube was not only a hazard, but was an unsightly mess. To make matters even worst, the worker, Tony Rodriguez, who claimed he had been replacing glass for over 15 years with this company, left pieces of adhesive foam insulation dangling from the other corner of the window glass. This type of symmetry is almost laughable, except when we pointed out the problem with the window glass AND the the poor installation, Tony Rodriguez refused to do anything to correct the foam insulation problem the he created. This horror show of a company got much worse after over 20 phone calls to the the manager named "Veronica" refused to send anyone back to fix the problem caused by the installer and attempted first, to blame the manufacturer of the replacement glass for the dangling breathing tube, and then "swore" that the tube was supposed to be visible and dangling instead of being inserted from the outside of the dual pane to the inside if the sandwiched glass. But the story doesn't end there. Since Horizon, through their manager "Veronica" refused to do anything, we asked for our old window glass back so that we could change the glass back to the original. "Veronica" first agreed to do so, and the after further phone calls, inexplicably refused to return our original glass. Unless you actually like entering litigation with these bozos: Manager VERONICA, installer TONY RODRIGUEZ, and HORIZON WINDOW CARE aka what could be the last HORIZON HOME HEROES, do not hire these people to do anything to your windows or anything for your house. Oh, and if you do change any windows or replace fogged glass, never pay with cash. Only pay with a credit card so you can protect yourself.

FULL DISCLOSURE- This review is based on customer service only and my experience alone…read more We will not be using this company due to lack of communication and eagerness to do business. We contacted this company based on reviews and us being in the market to upgrade our sliders(back on August 20th). I submitted a quote and it didnt take long for me to get a quick response back from shirley. We did our best to explain what we were looking for and what our time line was, however since it was "close" to them closing they couldnt stay on the phone to do business so Jeff the owner asked us to send him photos and blueprints of our house to get an idea on whether or not our project was feasible. We sent everything over almost immediately after hanging up the phone with them.. Almost a week goes by and we dont hear anything from them, so I decide to call back and ask if they received our photos. Shirley picks up and I had to explain to her again who i was and why I was calling. She tells me that they did receive them but put it in the back burner for some reason. Again, this was close to closing time(3pm. They close at 5)so Jeff quickly gets on the phone and shuts down our project pretty much immediately. Hmm? So I tell him I would like to go another direction with our project if possible. So I give him a quick description and he tells me he will send out the info to some company that's out of state and will get back to me(this was on the 25th of august and it is now September 1st) we still haven't received anything from them. Im not sure if they think we arent serious or they are just way too busy. But a phone call or an email isn't hard to do. The fact that both times they(shirley) kept mentioning they are getting ready to leave, gave me a feeling our business isn't that important to them. Fortunately for us there are other note worthy companies out there with the same if not better reviews. Who has gotten back to us with the same pictures and description of our project that we sent them. We may only be one consumer with a negative review but I'll be sure this company wont be the first one I suggest on the list of companies to use.
