These guys come and block my trash bin so if Recology comes by, my house is skipped. So I push my trash bin in front of their truck. That way, Recology will pick it up. But.... When they left, they pushed my trash bin in front of my driveway. I called them and reported the incident. The woman who answered said she will tell their people about it. I hope they do. I've been with Greenbones since I moved here in 6/2022. they were recomended by a longtime Plumas resident who said they were exceptional. They were right. I've never had ants or any issues. I once had a hornets nest in the fence our technician Nick came right over and got ride of the issue. Nick is an amazing technician very thorough, professional and always goes above and beyond explaining what he's doing to prevent any pests. My neighbors had a small mice eating side of the wall to get into there house they had nummerious visits and I never had any issue. I've been a fan since Matt came to my apartments in 2022 and eliminated a roach problem after I'd been fighting a losing battle for months (I'd been using baits, traps, gels, boric acid, diatomaceous earth, etc.). Had him back today to treat the perimeter because a bottom story tenant has found roaches trying to gain entry. In addition to a very reasonable charge for the roach treatment, he noticed a lot of ants around the exterior and added a treatment for those without additional charges. read more

I've been using Green Bones for the past year or so and am very happy with them! I first heard of them when I was renting an old house. The house had been vacant for some time and apparently some of the local bugs moved in. My husband and I sometimes referred to as "the bug house." as there were all sorts of random bugs (cockroaches, ants, carpet beetles, misc spiders, maybe termites??) Our landlord was a good guy and sent in Green Bones and they took care of them. We move out of the rental and bought our own house. Day 1 of home ownership: black widow spider in the garage! We remembered the good work Green Bones did with the bug house & hired them to routinely treat our house. Never saw a black widow again. Every time something randomly happens, they swoop in with fast resolution. One day we came home from work and there were a ton of ants in the house! Green Bones came by and after they did their thing, there were no more ants that same day. My husband and I went on a trip and came back to find our garage was infested with MICE!!! At first I thought it was just one mouse that got in accidentally and it was cute/funny. I caught it with a no kill trap & released it into the wild. Then I reset the trap and caught another. And another. And another. To my horror, I also saw the mice had basically chewed and pooed on everything. I wanted badly to clean my garage but I was concerned at how quickly my garage ended up in this state and didn't want to get stuck cleaning the same mess over and over. I really felt powerless and overwhelmed like I lost a portion of my house to these animals. I reached out to Green Bones for help and they set some poison bait that would make the mice eat it & then get thirsty and leave the garage. I gave it a week (not going to lie I just really didn't want to go in my garage it was really horrifying what the mice did) then I did a huge garage clean up. I spent hours cleaning everything. I never saw a single dead mouse. After I cleaned, my garage stayed clean. The mice were gone!!!!! I cannot describe how happy I am about this. Green Bones helped me get my garage back. Cannot recommend them enough. Pest control isn't really something you think about until it happens it becomes a problem. They make these problems so much easier to deal with. These guys did exactly what we wanted and that was to keep ants away from the house. It's been over a year and yes still no ants anywhere inside the house, garage etc. Yes we have kids so there are always crumbs and food all over but never saw one ant period.
