I've had fast action (yuba city) for over 5 years. They are always fast! The complete the service on time they give courtesy calls/texts. The technician show up and are very respectful always cover up their shoes if they come in the house give good pest control advice. And when I call into the office, the staff is friendly, helpful, and schedule me within the next few days. I had an issue with ants recently, and when they did a re-treatment it was free and they worked around my schedule. Thank you, Fast Action Pest control for keeping our house pest free. read more

Be aware of the $149 hidden fee if you cancel before the one year contract is up. I started service about 2 months ago and canceled today only to find out there is a $149 cancellation fee. The rep that sold me the services never once mentioned that to me. Very disappointed. read more

Fast? Yes, but only in increasing the billing amount with no notification. Fast? Yes, in leaving the job site without checking in to see if there's more. Fast? Yes, in hanging a rodent control strip across the bottom of the garage door...which the rodents promptly chewed through! Fast? No, never did return my call about a bad smell in the attic (the tech had mentioned that there might be a smell if the rodents died up there...and they did). We had to live with that smell until it faded away...and the flies were unbearable. read more

I have a no solicitation sign and a door knocker beware this house charges $50 a minute to listen to any religious, fundraising, or sales pitch sign at my doorbell at I had a fast action door knocker ring my door bell at 8:30 pm which woke up my 12 month old who proceeded to give me a sales pitch on pest control services I then asked for payment for listening and he said no I don't care about the sign you have up I called and left multiple messages about his actions asking for a response in the past 3 weeks and I have not received a call back read more

Be careful who you select for repeat service. We have been extremely disappointed in this companies service and felt cheated from the beginning starting with their mis-leading sales approach offering the first service free and cancel at anytime. We couldn't cancel and were forced to keep the service through the winter months when it really wasn't needed. The technician's hardly spend anytime at our house, and I cant wait for the contract to expire so I can cancel. What a Shame read more

He was respectful of my property he informed me it take a couple of hours. He drilled holes in the pavement filled with treatment and refilled holes back up, you really can't see where the drilling happened in some areas. He completed the work around 12:45 pm good service. The cost was reasonable based on the three estimates I had received. I went with options one time treatment however, they provide a one year warranty which is great.

So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

Just had a young man visit my home at 8pm to ask me about who I use for pest control. As soon as I mentioned the company began to bad mouth them not knowing the owner of my PC service is a friend of mine. I let him speak his piece, then expressed that I know the owner. He talked about how he met the owner once and assumed that the owner was in their 60s, at that point I knew this guy was full of shit because if he had really met the owner he would have never assumed the owner was in the 60's.
