I had rats in my walls and they came out 12 TIMES with literally 10 different technicians before the problem was adequately diagnosed. I have a bi-monthly contract with ProActive Pest Control. I called them outside of the normal pest control maintenance day, to see if someone could come out to check my attic because I had heard scratching noises a few days prior. They gave me an appt right away. Anthony, the technician was excellent! He was courteous and very informative. He checked the perimeter of the house first and then inspected the attic. He found the area where some sort of rodent was coming into the attic. All was taken care of quickly. I have to say I felt more at ease once Anthony diagnosed the issue. The rodent was trapped and removed a few days later. There was no extra charge for this particular service. Once again, ProActive has the most professional, knowledgeable and friendliest technicians I have encountered. Prior to that we used to have a problem with ants at least once a year and frequent wasp/hornet nests in the eaves. When a family emergency led to our service needing to be rescheduled, Pro Active proactively offered us $100 off our bill as compensation. It was a level of service I have rarely encountered. On the day of our first appointment, Cheng was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the inspection process and results. At our next appointment, Carlos worked with us to find the best solutions to address all the entry points on our home. He did an excellent job rebuilding the door to our crawl space with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it blended well with the aesthetics of our home. A third appointment was needed to set additional traps and Just was friendly, quick to set the traps, and communicative about the state of our attic. When a billing issue arose (the $100 discount was accidentally added rather than subtracted) the administrative staff was quick to resolve the issue with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
