We found out after installation that we would have to go in to the store to get this which is ridiculous. You can do the entire credit card process on line but you cannot do the promotion.Jennifer in customer service was fantastic and after not being able to do this she called someone else. After a long time on the phone with I believe Nick she handed me the phone. I was told it was taken care of and it would take 24-48 hours. After 5 days I finally got an email saying the 18 months interest free was taken care of. Many weeks later it still says 6 months interest free on my statement and I have NEVER received the $100 credit. Just another example of corporate greed. We will no longer deal with Home Depot.
