I surprised my boyfriend with a deep tissue couples' massage (his first massage ever) and he loved it! He was so surprised at the parts of his body that hurt that he didn't realize were tender. And he loved the hot stones and hot towels placed on our backs. We were there for an hour, but he said he thought it felt longer. Don't know why. I think he wants to go back to get 30 minute massages that focus on his feet and the base of his occipitalis, but I'm not sure if they offer anything a la carte like that. Anyway, love this place. So happy to have found it. The staff are very friendly. The nice masseuses talked to each other during our massages in a very quiet, soft Asian language which was actually soothing. I was in town for work and came across this gem by accident. I was eating at the Thai place next door (which BTW as outstanding) and saw this place. I really needed a massage (my neck and traps were killing me), and my co-worker and I walked in and inquired about appointments for the next day (which happen to be a holiday). Connie the manager was so friendly and said no problem and proceeded to book us appointments for the next afternoon. I booked a deep tissue massage and my co-worker a Swedish massage. I told myself not to have too high expectations, because the masseuse I use at home is amazing. To my surprise, I walked out of my appointment and told Connie "that was the BEST massage I have ever had, and I have had ALOT of massages. I'm an athlete and get deep tissue massages regularly, but Joshua just gave me the best deep tissue massage I've ever had!" My co-worker came out of his appointment and said that he also just had the best massage he's ever had with Lillian. Massage was great at Green Care! Hot stones were used as a part of their combo massage. Most focus was on my back, however, I did ask for this. My massage therapist was attentive to the pressure she was applying to all of my body parts. The staff was nice and offered a small water bottle after the massage to refresh their clients. Prices were reasonable for the length of the appointment. Facility was clean, relaxing, and quiet, but do not take this to be like your more upscale massage place like the ones at the Domain. I would have given a 5 star review, but there was about a 5-10 min wait the last time I came around. There was no one in the front to check me in, and eventually, one of the massage therapist came to the front to check out another client and was able to accommodate my walk-in appointment. I'm not too worried about a short wait, but it would be good to have someone in the front desk to help with coordinating clients. read more
