Extremely disappointed with our experience at River Walk Florist. What we ordered looked *nothing*…read morelike what was delivered. We purchased a candy bouquet for someone who had just given birth--literally 7 hours prior--and what showed up looked like a last-minute DIY project, not the $75 arrangement we paid for. When we called to express our concern, we were told they could "go pick it up, redo it, and bring it back." Think about how awkward and inappropriate that would be--taking a gift back from someone who just had a baby? Completely tone-deaf. To make matters worse, the person on the phone told us not to leave a 1-star review just because they offered to fix it. That's not how good customer service works. Instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund, they doubled down by saying they gave us *more* candy than advertised--as if that made up for the sloppy presentation. Honestly, I could've bought 8 pieces of candy myself and made something that looked 10x better. Bottom line: we didn't get what we paid for, and their response made it worse. Would not recommend.
