Totally disappointed in your service! My husband ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday for me for Valentines Day. By last night the flowers were all dying, limp and looked like a week old or more arrangement. When he called this morning the man he spoke to wanted to know what he wanted him to do about it. It is really hard sometimes to find a florist in a different city. On occasion I have needed to send flowers to my family in Boulder, CO. I have found the Longmont Florist to be exceptional. While a lot of the other florists are into avant garde designs, Longmont Florist is more traditional. They have beautiful arrangements at an appropriate price. Longmont Florist just did all of the flowers for my wedding! They delivered everything on time, and the flowers were gorgeous. They made 9 bridesmaid bouquets, the bridal bouquet, boutonnieres for the guys, wrist corsages for the women, arrangements for 10 tables, flowers for the cake and petals for the flowers girls, flowers to float in the fountain, a big welcome arrangement, and a huge arrangement for the arch!! I am so impressed with what they put together. Kristie was super helpful and worked with me to stick with my southwest theme. Disappointed. I called from out of state for a Mother's Day arrangement. The lady who answered was extremely rude and short with me offering terrible customer service. Yeah, I get it - you're swamped for Mother's Day in a pandemic. However, you know that Mother's Day is one of the bigger business days of the year so why not prepare? They charged me $80 for some half-effort carnations and cheap (looks like they're the tacky dyed kind) daisies. They offered a $49 bundle as well which I'm pretty sure is what I ended up getting for my $80. What a scam :( My mom was gracious and didn't make a stink of it but it really hurt that my hard earned money couldn't be used to buy her something beautiful. Because of Covid I can't see her so these flowers were all I had to show my love for her on Mother's Day.
