It was very hard to rest. We also wouldn't mind if they upgraded or enhanced the interior design a bit. It's a bit sparse in the rooms; for instance, it would be nice if they jazzed up the jacuzzi area inside the rooms that have them, and also jazzed up the hot tub area outside (such a PNW thing!). Forget about the paper thin walls, funky 70's decor and smelly rooms- all of those things are true, but if you want to see for yourself the REAL reason not to ever consider staying at this establishment, just read through some of this Micah character's replies to people on here. Rude, combative, & unwilling to take ownership of the issues repeatedly observed by multiple people. 8/5/2026 update: I find it very interesting that this Micah character, that I have never met in person, bloviates & puffs up his chest saying "I stand by my employees 100%", but my question to him is "well, where were you during all this???". According to this maniac I was causing a big huge scene, yet he just hid behind his desk and didn't involve himself?!? LMFAO. Okay, big guy.... Enjoy your pathetic life in your stinky hotel. Make sure you get the last word in every Yelp review left by paying customers, because that'll show 'em to never come back to your place. Wow....

Wade and Julia, the owners, were very accommodating and Wade even pointed us in the right direction to fill our limit on crab that weekend. The Guesthouse is central to everything we wanted to do in Poulsbo. It's a 3 minute drive to downtown, with great shops, especially Sluy's Bakery (the best doughnuts/pastries ever). It's about a five minute drive to to the local casino, where we enjoyed an evening of relaxing, low-stakes gambling and it's about 15 minutes to the ferry landing when we wanted to enjoy a couple of days sightseeing in Seattle. I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Lemolo Greenhouse Guesthouse. Very highly recommended!

The home is large, fully furnished, plenty of seating for everybody and plenty of amenities for us to relax and enjoy our evening. The linens are soft, beds are comfortable and rooms are well decorated. The entire home was very clean and well kept with games and books for everybody to enjoy! We had six adults and three children for the night and never felt crowded! Doug is amazing and very quick to respond with questions or any other needs. We locked ourselves out while watching the fireworks (the front door locks automatically) and he responded within just a few minutes so we could get in out of the cold! The only issue with the home is that it's impossible to enjoy all the home has to offer during the winter with check in not until 4:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. We had absolutely no time to appreciate the beautiful view, well maintained yard and large back deck. Perhaps during the winter the check in could be a bit earlier since it gets dark so early. The beach was full of very sharp oyster shells and rocks, some 16 inches high. This was a big concern since our grandkids are 3 and 7. Even with shoes we all have sliced ankles. Thankfully the next door neighbor told us we could use the beach in front of his house which we did. After three vacations around the canal, the grandkids are asking for a lake vacation. Guess grandpa and I will enjoy the canal properties ourselves..... That's a good thing! ;-).

When we arrived at Treehouse Point, everybody was so professional and kind! We were given a quick tour of all of the amenities in the lodge and other community areas. Then, we were directed to our tree house, Ananda. Just wow! It was cozy as well as spacious, and it was very well appointed with everything we could possibly need! Even though there were other tree houses around ours, we ALL enjoyed total privacy. A great deal of attention has been made in creating personal experiences while still tending to developing a very unique community. All building materials in our treehouse were the best quality available, and the workmanship is second to none! We walked around the grounds, being respectful of others' privacy. Every tree house was unique and beautiful! We then took the trail down to the Raging River. It was beautiful, but our spring has been unusually dry, and the river a little thirsty. Overnight, a rainstorm came through the area. The sound coming from a refreshed river the next morning was breathtaking! I wanted to wake up so I could experience it all, but instead I slept through it. I guess I slept comfortably! (And I am not young.) The bath houses were beautiful and felt like individual spa rooms. They were supplied with wonderful bath products, and the shower offered a pampering experience. Similarly, special products and amenities were provided in our private unit, including coffee and tea. We were going to wash our few dishes, but no dish soap was found, further demonstrating Treehouse Point's intent to pamper their guests. After waking up in the trees, we prepared our own mugs of coffee, tea, and nibbles. After a peaceful start to the day, we made our way to the lodge for breakfast (feeding the fish along the way). Our own breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The chef and souz chef prepared several wonderful dishes. The selections and quality of preparation were both outstanding! Our visit was so wonderful that we truly didn't want to leave! We made the visit to fulfill a bucket list item, but we are already talking about returning again, this time with friends. I could go on and share more, but I want you to delight in your own experience, just as we had. If you've been considering a visit to Treehouse Point, wait no longer. You will never regret it!
