Love this car wash, the staff is always friendly and fast, my car always comes out looking like new

The attitude of the employees really sealed the deal as why my wife and I stopped bringing all of our vehicles here. The initial reason we cancelled all of our memberships was because of the very large price increase. Over the past month I've traveled to Chesapeake for one of our businesses and decided to stop here each time just because of convenience. But never again. Each time I have had an employee (total of two different ones) attempt to make me feel stupid for not signing up for the membership. No matter what I say. I'll never let someone who does not understand how business/finances work try to sell me on something that way. Just a disappointment. I would not allow anyone like that to represent any of our businesses. Be better. read more

Green Clean is great but pricey - but great. We had been long time subscriber to another car wash and we switched to Green Clean due to having so many locations. The car wash and staff does a great job. It would help if they offered a multi car discount and we would sign our other vehicles up. Overall the Car Wash does a great job!! Thanks read more

I purchased the clean extreme + ceramic wash and half of the machines we're not working. The workers were outstanding. I believe better maintenance is required on the machines. read more

After being a monthly member of this car wash since they opened at least 4 years ago, I cancelled my membership today. This car wash increased my monthly charge up to $36.00 with no warning. I had no idea until it showed up on my credit card. When I stopped by to talk to the attendant, I was told they have a $20. option which I thought would be great and had them adjust my membership. After going thru the wash 2X's with no soap coming out on my car at all, car I stopped to talk to the attendant. He proceeded to tell me that the $20 monthly plan does not include any soap, and basically just runs water on your car. If you want soap, you should sign up for the $30. plan he said... Shame on your Green Clean... As a longtime loyal member it is disappointing to have the charges increase up with no notice, and then offer a lower membership rate which does not include soap and does not clean your car. read more

Stopped by for a quick wash but after talking to the super friendly Asst Mgr, Donald, I ended up signing up for their highest level monthly subscription, Clean Extreme Unlimited for the discounted $25 monthly price. I was very happy with the clean extreme wash. Everything - tires, windows, tailgate looked great! I really like coming here because every single interaction has always been very pleasant, big smiles and warm greetings are what you get. Definitely recommend with my five stars and my hard earned money! read more

I'm a paying for 3 memberships for my family and have been using this car wash regularly, but the quality has really gone downhill. The dryers don't work properly -- my vehicle always comes out wet -- and the wash itself doesn't clean well, leaving dirt and spots behind. For what I'm paying each month, I expect much better performance. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling all three of my memberships unless things improve soon. read more

Most of the lights that explain the washing process as the car conveys through do not work. I pointed this out to a worker who was conducting a live survey on the premises a couple months ago. When I returned for a wash recently there was no change. NOT good! I'm not sure how well kept this machine is. read more

I used to enjoy the freedom to wash on any given day. But to hike the payment up to $36 with no warning is highway robbery. I would never pay $36 to wash my car at a place that doesn't have working vacuum cleaners. I have cancelled my membership and will never give this place another coin. This is in Hampton Roads. Not sure if this is everywhere. read more

I have been going to Green clean for a few years and my other vehicle that I had and also my current one gets ravaged by little tiny pits in my paint, chip taken out and also almost every time I go through with my minivan it ripped the gasket from The top of my vehicle and the vacuum hoses are not cleaned.. whe they work,a few times when I have put it on my light gray material covered seas left black marksI and I no longer have an antenna. I would not recommend this place for anyone. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful. What I like is that you can go when you get a three minute wash and then take your time vacuuming your vehicle. The staff are very attentive Matt (the one with the cast) very good working in the parking lot. My car was still a little dirty and he insisted that we run it back through. He was at the other end of the tunnel to make sure everything was clean. He's a great asset to the company. I highly recommend them. read more

I came through the wash early November to see a female Green clean employee with her hat backwards jacket off and shirt inappropriately worn hanging with multiple friends and other young teenage green clean employees. I have since been here multiple times to see only a few employees (Matt & Devon) but mainly Devon actually doing their jobs while the same inconsistent unresponsive and down right negligent young teenagers employed here, were on their phones and paid no attention to anything but. read more

I use drive through car washes once in a blue moon but my son insisted to wash my car after seeing a movie at Cinema Cafe. I was assisted with use of car wash from start - swiped my credit card to entrance - dirt was brushed off by two employees and I was instructed to follow directions on the wall. This is a total hands off wash - vehicle is sat into a trolley and wheeled through till the drier. Wash is quick - maybe a minute but my minivan came out sparking clean - $15 option. There were no soap streaks like I'm used to at other car washes, van wasn't completely dry but I don't think it was a big deal. My driver mirror popped forward but that's expected. I would definitely wash my vehicle again next time we are here for a movie. read more

I have been a member of the car wash, using the biggest package, for over a year now. Over the past few weeks I have received awful service. I went through and got a basic wash, though I pay for the Ultimate Unlimited @ $29.99 monthly. I had to ask to go through again to get what I am paying for. Now, I have gone through 3 days in a row, and the same area in my car has still gone unwashed. I have a Chevy Traverse, and in the past this was never an issue. I'm not sure if the car wash is having an issue or not, no one mentioned it. I pay for my whole car to be cleaned, and my time is important to me. I should not have to go 3 days in a row to try and get a good wash that should happen on the first trip. I am canceling my membership, because for $30.00 I can find a better place to get my car cleaned properly. read more

This place is awesome! Went today for the first time. They weren't real busy, got through really quick. The ride through is like a night club with the different lights coming on and off. Drove out at the end and parked so I could vacuum out my truck and throw trash away. I'll be back with the rest of my cars. read more

I came here after I signed up for their text club. I was able to get the top notch car wash for free. There are plenty of people there to help you get your car into the car wash. It's like a night club inside with all of the colors! Outside there are free vacuums. I used them to clean out the inside. I feel like when I go to other car wash places, they do not vacuum my car out well so it was nice using the ones here. The vacuums are super strong and will get anything from the seats and floorboards. This location is super close to my house so I will continue coming here instead of going to a car wash where they do the service for me. Definitely recommend and sign up for the texts! read more

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. I paid for my wash and pulled around to go into the bay. A worker was mulling around with his back to the entrance. I pulled in. He started SCREAMING at me that I didn't read the sign. I didn't see the sign to wait because it was tucked into an inside corner just inside the bay. I saw it after when I looked back. The man continued to scream at me and I screamed back. Then he told me to have a nice day. With a head full of steam I went through the wash. It didn't remove the goose poop on my windows. What a Disappointment and not a great way to start the day. Hey jerk! Put the sign where people can see it and stop screaming at your customers. Will never return read more

Car wash does a decent job, but the service has gone down the past few visits. They used to spray the front and back before entering the wash. That serms to have stopped even though there is 3 to 4 staff members just standing at the entrance. read more

My usual "quick wash" spot was inoperable today, so I came a little closer to home and tried Green Clean Auto Wash on Edinburgh Lane and was very impressed. The guy at the front helped explain all of their options clearly and explained their monthly membership plan. I selected their top-tier wash, the $20 "Clean Extreme" and was thoroughly impressed with how nice my car came out! My tires and wheels (which usually come out unnoticeable from an automatic car wash) were shining when I came out. I will gladly be doing business with this company in the future, they also include free vacuuming with each wash. Great job, Green Clean read more

if i could give no stars i would!! dont recommend this place! their machine took off the top panel of my car on my range rover went back retrieved my panel took pictures filed incident back on 8/9/2021 received a call last week saying there was a recall on my car for the panels that fly off! i called land rover there is no record of recalls for this i never had problems until i went got my car washed there! the 1st matt that called said i will turn in your estimate from auto shop and have manager call you! we waited for call nothing called again now another matt calls back and says look it up on so so website it says theres a recall explained we called directly to land rover and no recall for this! now he says well we don't cover this!! still waiting to hear from corporate!! read more

i love this car wash- super fast, does a great job for the price, i love the packages that are available and especailllyyy the free vaccum!! it is a little ouf of the way for me but is worth the drive for the deal :) read more
