Jack was hired as result of a flood in our ground floor. We have wall-to-wall carpet that the emergency restoration company dried by blowing ten big fans and two large dehumidifiers on 24/7 for seven days. When it was dry, the carpeting had water discoloration marks all over and the carpet was stiff and crispy feeling. Jack responded within 15 minutes of my Yelp inquiry and came the next day on time. Very friendly and accommodating! First thing jack did was provide us with booties to wear so that we don't slip or dirty the carpet immediately after the cleaning. He provided a wick assessment and then got to work. It was a lot of work as the carpet hadn't been cleaned in years! By the time he was done you would not have known that was the case. While his standard is to work around furniture he was able to help us with select pieces that were hard to find a place to put them where they'd be out of the way. He provided recommendations for a go forward schedule and will put us on a reminder schedule. He didn't try to oversell or upsell and therefore earned our trust. Jack and his son came a little earlier than scheduled, at my last minute request. They worked hard and fast on carpets that were in horrible condition.
