What I like about going with a business that is only one guy is that you know the reviews are for the person that is coming to your house. With the bigger companies you may get the "good" guy or perhaps not. I called David late on a Friday and he was able to make it to my house the next morning (Saturday) at 9AM. He did a great job doing my three bedrooms, living room couch, and two area rugs. His prices are very reasonable and he was on time, personable, and thorough. David is amazing! He does such great work! I have have my carpet and rugs cleaned by him and few times now. We have pets and kids so our carpet get pretty dirty. I had an appointment with Dave at Aztec Carpet Cleaning today at noon. At 12:20pm he still wasn't here. I called and he told me he wasn't coming because of some problems with the machine. I moved all my furniture and he never took the time to call me to let me know he wasn't coming . Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time and my family's time we took to move the furniture. Aztec is the best!! They were able to fit me in very quickly as I was on a time constraint moving out of a rental. The price was beyond fair, sometimes even less than half of other quotes received through Yelp. For my living room, hallway, and three bedrooms it only took him an hour or so. The cleaning system is truck mounted, which I hear is much better than a portable. He was extremely friendly and we had great conversation during the time he was in my home.
