Over time, the carpeting was looking dirty and I was intrigued specifically by for a cleaning process that was green-focused and would be safe for our dog, a shmoodle. I found Green Coast Carpet Care thru YELP reviews and the absolute enthusiasm for Alex as both owner and the quality of his work motivated me to reach out to him and ask for a quote. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Ironicly, Alex's family name, Pettai, is unique and I shared with him that one of my very good friends had a last name, Pettai and was from Estonia and SURPRISE, Alex's family has ties to Estonia and the two families may be connected.
