Finally got to try green crush because I was in the area and it was soo good! Don't let the line fool you because it goes by pretty fast. It was my friend and I's first time there and the cashiers were really helpful in picking what to get and had some good recommendations, they never made us feel rushed either even tho there was a line behind us. I ended up getting the mango spicy picante and my friend got the number 1 smoothie which was mango, peach, and pineapple (submitted for strawberries because they had no more mango). The mango spicy picante comes in a huge cup and I really enjoyed the lemony spicy taste :) my friend got the smoothie and said although it was a bit tart it was good too. So excited about this place! They had so many different fresh juices, it was very hard to decide on a drink! They will let you sample all the juices if you want. I got the watermelon juice and my husband got the pineapple juice, both were so refreshing! I wish it was closer to my home. Hopefully OC opens one soon! read more

I didnt get to buy a drink from here but this place was awesome! The amount they give here for a cup of drink is huge so i took sips from my friends. We get to pick flavors to mix upon purchase so one of my friend got cucumber lemon mix with pineapple and my other friend got green apple lemon with pineapple. I really LOVED the green apple lemon with pineapple. It was very fruity and addicting. As for the cucumber lemon mixed with pineapple, the cucumber flavor was so strong. I didnt like it (i just hate cucumber). It is worth the price and i would definitely buy it upon my next visit. I tried a sample of the rasberry one, it tasted really good. I discovered this place by accident and I have to say I think it is the BEST of the many many MANY juice bars that dot the LA Landscape. They not only sell smoothies, but they also have these drinks of fresh fruit or veggies mixed with water and sugar. I am particularly fond of the Cucumber with LIME and when I wanted to combine with the strawberry milk, thank goodness,MARTA said to the server "let her try it first.' YOU can SAMPLE as many of their drinks as you want and they are not judgmental about how many you choose. I did sample my concoction and Marta was right, it was awful. I could have mixed the cake with pineapple but the truth is that they all have a lot of sugar I think and ....the cucumber is very good, as is the pineapple and the strawberry but the point is not to add to the calories. I cannot remember the name of the very nice young man who served me my many samples but the place is friendly, clean and WELL PRICED!!! All I wanted to do tonight was take my boyfriend to get a juice to finish his birthday off right. We've come to the Glendale Green Crush location more times than I can count and we always have an enjoyable time. Everyone's always pleasant and the blend juice is ALWAYS cold, as it should be. We've never had to ask for them to make it with ice because everyone at this location knows how to make the blended drinks. EXCEPT for our server tonight, 'Yeseni' guy about 5'8 ish and has a nose ring and a lip ring. First there's only a handful of people in the mall and we are the only ones here at Green Crush. They usually have the blenders out in the open so you can watch them make your drinks but they must of moved them in the back where you can only see them through the window. Probably so he can be on his phone texting and not paying attention to what he should be doing. 12 minutes later The drink comes out and it's as warm as can be. Once my boyfriend asks very politely if they could add some ice because it's room temperature the guy Yeseni has an attitude and says the drink is warm because all the ice gets shredded up from blending it. Hmmm probably because you've been texting and FORGOT to add ice. Then when my bf asks if he can get it blended with more ice, Yeseni is obviously annoyed and walks back through the door and adds ice. And The fruit in the cooler is moldy too. We won't be coming back. What a great place to end his birthday. read more

I was very pleased with the friendly staff and the free unlimited samples they had.They have ALOT of variety of fresh drinks to choose from and the only thing I hated was that I wanted them all! I will never go back to this place . I always go for my lunch and on my days off . I loved it in till today I went and asked for to bowls of fruit with the chill . They try to give me two cups of half of what they would give you in a bowl and same it's the same and charge extra for chill . Omg I asked the guy what's this and he tell me I forgot to say we where out of bowl but it the same amount . Wow I asked for my money back and asked how long will it take to back on my card he said right now and the other guy next to him tell me no it 24 hours . He lie to my face . What happened to fresh fruit and veggies? I came in tonight and the guy who made my drink was sitting there on his phone texting in the back while I ordered ablended and they always come back cold or at least chilled, this was almost room temp if not slightly warmer. Then I get a dirty look from the girl was working because I requested more ice in it, why am I getting an attitude for you doing your job? Also before coming back, check sanitzation practices, because the kids sit on their phones and then grab the fruit and blend it. Phones are filthy and disgusting... Our server was Yesenia and the guy who waited on us had a lip and nose piercing around 5'8".. I have been here twenty times at least in the last few months and I never had this bad of service, especially since it was so incredibly slow in the mall their service took 12 MINUTES, there was nobody ahead of me, when I was placing my order a girl was leaving that's it. Also who knows what these kids did to my drink, I tossed it. I'll be sure to give 1 star on every platform to let others know they're very unsanitary and the gnats on the fruit flying around aren't just extra protein you'd want blended in. read more

This review is only for the service I received today. I have come to this location before and have had great service and I have enjoyed everything I have ordered in the past. I came this morning and ordered a juice and a picante bowl. (I am the only customer) when I received my order I didn't realize they don't cut the fruit. I asked the employee if she could cut it and I was okay if the lime or chili was messed up. (I didn't get the picante sauce) and she proceeded to just break the jicama and tried to put the lid on it. Of course it wouldn't close so she tried to put in a bag and the bowl opened and fruit spilled out into the bag. (This wouldn't have happened if she just cut it like I asked in the first place.) What makes this service experience a one is that I could tell by the employees body language was that she was frustrated and didn't want to be there. She then cut SOME not all of the fruit as I asked her again to cut it. The topper was as I was walking away the cashier and this employee started to talk about me. At the end of the day I know retail can be a hard job. If you don't like it then do not work in retail. :( It was disappointing to not have the same level of service that I had received in the past. read more

2 stars because the service is great but an extra $1.50 for the strawberry or banana milk drink?!?! I understand 50¢ or even 75¢ extra but $1.50 is excessive! Oh and they don't even have signs to let you know that it is extra for those drinks so don't get surprised at the register when you get charged more. read more

At first i became a fan until i realized , their juices are overly sweet. Dont get me wrong i love the concept but people are health conscious and we want the best for our bodies. I mentioned this concern to one of their servers and he responded to me nonchalantly that people like it sweet . For me , its like drinking sugar right off the cup and it makes me cringe everytime. I love this place minus they have some really unrealistic rules , I love all the different flavors but there is one in particular that I love the most which is the cucumber and lime which they apparently will never serve it with the chili alone or even with the fresh slices of mango on top! I think this is a terrible rule and that it needs to be changed or I will be referring all my friends , family and social media to other competitors. Food/Drinks: I absolutely love the option of fresh fruit and/or a fresh veggie smoothie in an area that's filled with junk food. Green Crush has the best variety of customized fruit bowls, smoothies, blended drinks, fancy cold juices, etc. I work nearby and make sure to pick up a giant fruit bowl on my breaks for that added energy boost throughout the day. Customer Service: For the most part, each employee is friendly and wears a huge smile. They're all pretty young so they add a bit of extra energy to the vibe of the place. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable giving a 5-star rating due to their lack of time management. I see upwards of 16 people staffed on a single shift, however, I feel frustrated waiting a while when a chunk of them are not helping/keeping busy. I've observed that ~2-4 of them are on ready-made iced juices/samples, only 1 person in charge of making smoothies AND fruit bowls, 1-2 cashiers, some chopping things up in the back, and the rest are either standing/walking around. I find myself waiting anywhere between 10-20min for one green smoothie because only one lonesome person has to knock out several smoothie and fruit orders while others joke and chat. If I was that lonesome employee I would throw a fit and demand help from my co-workers. No one should have to work alone when there's perfectly good help standing right next to you. Also, when I order a customized fruit bowl, sometimes I get a friendly employee who fills my bowl to the top and sometimes I get an employee who adds very few pieces leaving me feeling jipped. Those are the same employees who are a little less patient with you and your "demands." This isn't a one-time thing, by the way. I order these bowls often and encounter this problem 40% of the time. * Overall review is that I love having this place nearby because there's nothing better than a big serving of fruit and/or veggies in the middle of your day. Great prices and great variety to choose from. Glad this place exists, especially on the hot summer days to come. All management needs to do is work their employees a little more or send the extra bodies home. No need to pay for an employee who isn't being productive for the business. * read more

The green crush staff offered us a drink after their closing time. The two drinks were given to us with asking for what size we want or what the price is. After we were done ordering our drinks the total was more that actual cost of the the two drinks. They added a dollar onto the total without my knowledge. After giving me my change they tryed yo give me five dollars less than the correct amount of change. They were claiming it was a calculating mistake. This place is horrible. I arrived early. Waited asked what time they opened the girl at the register said that as soon as all the ice was in the containers. So I continued to wait. Then two other customers arrived. And still waited. I asked again. Then she said when the servers arrived. So I waited some more. The server arrived late. I asked him twice if I could have a sample and he ignored me. Meantime the cashier took two people that arrived after me after first telling me she had to wait until the servers arrived to take MY order. The servers are rude. They need customer service training. Notice to your store manager Mr. Sergio Ganoa. Send them back to training or replace them. People skills are important, they don't have them. !!! i have had 2 bad experiences at this certain place. 1st: they put ice all the way to the rim of the cup so left me with less drink. (i did write them to notify them and they did respond to me back saying that i should tell them not to put too much ice and if i wanted ti can go back to have them re-do it) first i went on my lunch time and couldnt go back and second they should know already amount of ice because there policy is half filled only.. i just wasn't happy with the results from corporate either 2nd: i got the watermelon picante and it literally didnt have the usual chili they put on it. again same thing contacted corporate and told me same thing ask them to put more and take it back to have them fix it.. again i was at lunch time .and i hadnt been there in like 2 months but will not o there to that particular place.. i love green crush but i prefer to visit the one in cerritos... even the staff is more welcoming and attentive to customers because at this location staff is talking to each other more than answering peoples questions and on there cell phones.... but overall i love green crush just dont buy at this location!!! read more
