While removing…read moretrees behind our property, they removed a section of fence and used a Bobcat to plow up an area on our green space without even asking permission they then used our community property as their own personal work space, After days of this I firmly told them to get their Bobcat off our land numerous times, to which they simply ignored me. We then had law enforcement stop their trespassing. But that's not all... couple days later they ground up 5 or 6 stumps and blew all the debris, including rocks all over our green space. Never have seen such arrogance and entitlement.

Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

No worries about them doing any damage. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. I was amazed watching them work. Each limb and the pieces of the trunk that was dropped had a spot for it to go and that is exactly where it went. They worked around power lines and bushes that were not harmed at all. However, once he was paid, that completely changed. He completed only part of the job we agreed upon, and when we pointed out the unfinished work, he stopped responding altogether. We sent him over six messages in ten days with no reply. Before payment, he was active and quick to respond but afterward, nothing. To make matters worse, he even gave a quote to one of our neighbors, but now ignores them as well; seemingly to avoid us and the unfinished work at our house. It's disappointing because he had assured us he wouldn't "blow us off," yet that's exactly what he did. The quality of the job was subpar, and his lack of professionalism sealed it by ignoring us sealed the deal. Even if his quote looks good, don't take the risk. You truly get what you pay for, and I would gladly have paid more upfront for someone who delivered on their word and provided professional service.
