Waste of time. Lazy people who never show up on time and when they do show up its only for 2-3…read morehours a week. They were physically fighting and swearing in my yard and although i do not have kids my neighbourhood is full of them. Claims to have a crew of people when in fact all he has is friends who come to help him out but are not available every day. These friends are mostly inexperienced laborers who are only useful when given direction. When the owner Charles does not show up the laborers are wasting their time as they have no clue what to do. Charles does not communicate to the customer so you have no idea what is going on. If you call him to task he ignores you. He is unfocused and cannot concentrate on one thing at a time. He clearly does not know what he is doing, my project was predicted to take 2-3 weeks. We are at 8 weeks and still not done!!. My husband is in a wheelchair so we asked Charles to grade our yard so that he can roll his wheelchair all over without getting stumped on roots and holes.!! 8 weeks and we are still waiting for this to be completed. Maybe if in fact he had a real crew and put more than 2-3 hours a week into this job it would have been completed already. He completely took advantage of us!! DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
