We hired Ben from Greendome for a full renovation of our pool and backyard, he turned our old pool into a beautiful, modern pool with a built-in jacuzzi, and the finish work came out great!! Ben also handled some additional construction including permits, without any issues. He and his team also built out a great fireplace and patio area that really brought the whole space together. This company has been my best pool construction or repair experience ever by a long shot. Ben responded almost instantly to my inquiry and came the very next day to see the job, which was replacing the plaster on my 10 x 24' pool that was only built in 2014 (by Dan Ige's Waterworks, which I cannot recommend at all, but that had rebar rust bleed through within the first 3 years. Ben came and gave me a flat price to redo the plaster and could start the work that week. Everything Ben said would happen did happen the entire way through. I did choose to upgrade from plaster to a pebble-tech coating, and I wish he'd have given me both options up front, but it didn't cost me an extra penny and the lower price he quoted for plaster up front probably did make me pull the trigger because I've never met a penny I wouldn't pinch. So I chose the pebble-tech, he gave me an excellent warranty in writing, and then proceeded to do the job fantastically well in exactly the amount of time he said it would take. Ben and the work his crew does are top notch, as is Sisi, the Forbes 500 level CEO who runs his office. Hire them with confidence. read more

I got prices from several other companies, and chose Green Dome because they were very knowledgable and patient with my questions. They were not the absolute cheapest, but very reasonably priced. They guided me every step of the way, from choosing tiles and colors in their showroom to the final steps to restart the pool when the work was done. Ben & Boaz are amazing, trustworthy, and thorough! Let me start by saying, it's scary going into a big project... But really these guys made it great. They work on brand new construction and design pools for multimillion dollar homes,but they treated my little old pool like it was worth the world, and to us, it is worth the world that they came through. Our pool is very old and it needed plumbing work, plaster, and tile. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. B&B helped me pick tile, design the steps and pick the color we ended up with. Plumbing: we had 3 new returns and a vacuum port added,the return had to be plit into two returns,it was a lot of plumbing. Ben threw in an auto fill for the pool to soften the blow of having all this done. Tile: the tile Boaz helped me pick was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. They installed it perfectly. The rest: the plaster is new, concrete to cover the plumbing work, all new grout for the coping, all new deck-o-seal. Ben and Boaz both came back to the house multiple times to check on the progress and make sure we were happy with outcomes. They addressed concerns and amended any changes to the plan as we proceeded. Both are extremely responsive as well as Sisi who did all the scheduling. I have to say,I was blown away by the speed at which they completed the bulk of the project. I've heard so many horror stories about contactors disappearing or adding weeks to the timeline on a whim. That is definitely not the case here. One last note, I had 5 different quotes and either they upsold me, or told me to skip things that would've ended up costing me more on the long run. Out of everyone I spoke with, Ben was the most honest, most reasonabley prices and accommodating, and most knowledgeable one. I am so happy I went with them, you really well be too! read more

This is the second project Ben has done for us, and I immediately chose him because I know that he is knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. The project included replacing wood siding with stucco, adding insulation, painting, replacing gutters, redoing concrete, replacing grass with drought-friendly, high quality artificial turf and rocks, replacing a sprinkler system with a more efficient drip system in the gardens, upgrading a concrete patio, installing and refurbishing pillars and a large planter, adding landscape lighting, and constructing a beautiful stucco and metal fence. Ben has quality people working for him, and he has a broad assortment of independent contractors that he works with on a regular basis. They all were very responsive and did excellent work. I drained my pool thinking I was going to paint the plaster. Well, then COVID hit. As an RN, I was working constantly. I had no time to get around to it so the plaster started to bubble. I requested a quote from Green Dome to resurface and re-tile my pool. The did a FABULOUS, BEAUTIFUL job. Recently I noticed one of the tiles was separating from the wall. Within a week they came out and fixed it. My ONLY complaints would be the workers not knocking on my door first before entering the backyard at 6am (I have a VERY aggressive German Shepherd) and they forgot to line the pool steps with tile. I had a contractor start a hardscaping project on my backyard and right away I felt that this company was shady. He asked for 50% of the grand total up front (which now I know is illegal) prior to starting any work. Once I paid him he bailed on me and never showed up or answered any of my calls. I am in the process of legally dealing with him but about a month ago my neighbor told me about Green Dome and how amazing her hardscaping is in her backyard. I loved the work and immediately called them to request a bid. Ben showed up within 2 hours of me calling. He was extremely professional and polite throughout the entire meeting. I hate to feel pressured into signing contracts and Ben looked around took measurements and promised I would receive a written quote by the next evening. I received a quote the next morning with a lower bid than I have received with the last 4 companies I called. I signed the contract (which included a progress payment schedule) with Green Dome without any hesitation.
