My daughter informed me the man was next to the car window of my daughter's car loudly talking very hastily about the living situation and the contents of the house. Multiple times complaining about the state of my friend who was with me and her disabled veteran husband. They also had me inspect post-cleaning before they sealed the ducts and plenums back. I had a bad experience before with a different company years before so I asked a lot of questions, Guy was very good and gracious about the whole thing. Overall process took four hours which was pretty quick and also considering it was super hot in the attic. The installation went perfectly and when they left after completion, the only way we knew they had been there was the cold air coming out of those brand-new white vents.
