My family and I recently bought a new house and was thinking of doing some concrete and turf work. Since the new house had a lot of fixing, this project became lower on the list of to do's. However, my new HOA did not agree with that and we received some brown grass fixing notices. It quickly moved up to number one to do. I found a few places on Yelp and got quotes. All the turf people didn't do concrete and all the concrete people didn't want to do turf. It was weird. The last estimate was Joe and Hugo and I was blown away. Joe set it up so I'd be able to meet the partner in the business that takes care of the concrete and he, the guy in charge of the turf. All in one short. I greatly appreciated him putting this together so quickly. They both arrived on time and provided straight forward and very reasonable pricing. They were both professional and knowledgeable. Since we had to run the plans with HOA, Hugo had to provide a drawing of the plans and submit for approval. This process took a couple of weeks and then our date was set for project start. The demo crew arrived bright and early. They encountered an unpleasant surprise when they found a whole bunch of roots on the front lawn. The crew hacked all they could but it wasn't enough. I spoke to joe and he gave the option to either add a change in work order/more money to hack some more or hire a pro tree root removal guy. After I spoke to some tree guys, no one wanted to touch the roots. We ended up DIYing it ourselves and got them removed in time for the turf project to continue. Joe gave me time to ensure the slope and everything was to my liking before they came Back to continue the work. The concrete molds were made. Joe and Hugo were very patient with us changing the plans a couple of times and still kept a friendly and professional attitude. Each time we had any concerns, we spoke to Joe and it was quickly addressed. We also had a couple concerns from our neighbors which were addressed promptly. Please don't let the ups and downs of my experience deter you from going with green forever. I want to assure you that Joe and Hugo and willing to go the distance to make sure everything works out the way their clients wish. We ditched the DG/Xenoscape from our old backyard design after we got a dog and a new baby boyy - it became unberably unusable and a mess to deal wih. We decided to do with some pavers and wanted grass but didnt want to upkeep it with water, so we decided on turf. After checking with several places, some even with cheaper pricing, we decided to go with GF because of their impeccable customer service, straight forward and seemingly honest upfront position, and beautiful work. From the first phone call with Stacy, I could tell we were going to have a different, positive and professional experience and I was correct to a assume such. Orren came down for a quote and was extremely professional and cared about our budget. Gave us multiple options. As the GM he checked in on us when the project was going - even checking on minute details that most other organizations would overlook - making sure we would be happy with the final product. We are very happy and love using our back yard with the little one. We have used it more as a family in recent weeks than we have in years with the DG. Doggo is loving it too. Great company, excellent QUICK work (ours took 2.5 days), extremely responsive to text and phone calls. Would definitely use again if needed. Sweet warrantees too. You get what you pay for. If I could, I'd give this company 100 stars! Hmm...Where to start? We wanted to convert our backyard to synthetic turf and with the amazing ratings we had to give them a call and we are so glad we did! Orren came out and spoke with us and showed us his samples and explained the process and what they will do over a course of a day or two. Let me tell you, he can sell honey to bees! He's an amazing salesman! He worked with us and was excellent at communicating and responding to our texts and calls. The day of install was a crazy day! There was great communication in the beginning, touching up and going over what they were gonna do again. A bunch of guys showed up, I believe it was Donald, Chase, and someone else. They worked so hard to take out our existing grass, put in the weed barrier, put down the gopher wiring and pounded down the dirt. When they were packing up to leave, no one really mentioned to us "the plan". Like, what time they were gonna be back in the morning or if we could or couldn't walk on the dirt. One of the guys said they'll be back at 7 tomorrow. Eh, no biggie. Day 2, installation of the turf. If you ever seen how they do this, it is a tedious job!!! They literally hand pound each huge nail into the ground about every 3-5 inches apart!!! Imagine going around ALL the edges and in between on all fours pounding these ginormous nails in the ground! INSANE!!!!! Noe, who is a project manager is awesome! He got his hands dirty and helped out the guys! He was bussing his butt just like everyone else! He noticed one area that wasn't suppose to be a straight edge and brought it to our attention and double checked with us if we had changed our minds from a slight curved edge to a straight edge. And we did not change our minds, so we are extremely fortunate that he had pointed that out before laying down the turf. Once the turf was completely installed my kids absolutely enjoyed it! They even did a great job at cleaning up their mess! 2-3 weeks later, we discovered water in our backyard...water!? There shouldn't be any water because the guys had capped the sprinklers. Long story short, one of the nails punctured one of the pipes. Yoshi who is the guy in charge, made an effort to come down himself to take a look at it and called Jason and Donald to come and fix the issue. Next morning, I went to test it, and yet again, water coming out, but from a few inches away from the first leak. Called Yoshi and agin and later that same day, Jason and Donald was back in my backyard fixing another pipe that was pierced by the nails from the gopher wiring. The guys worked till the sun went down! Literally, they worked till about 8:15ish! They were so nice about it and very apologetic about everything. These guys worked so hard! I know these things happen and it's very common. The best part is that when there's a problem, this company will make it right and fix it as soon as they can! We've gotten so many compliments about how it "looks real" and how gorgeous our backyard looks. The nice thing is that it'll stay green forever! I highly highly recommend this company! I normally don't do this, but I'm going to leave a bad review for this company. They did some work for me at the beginning of the year and it was beautiful. However, they did not level the ground and put the drainage correctly on the yard. Now are there sink holes in the yard and it drains off the side of my yard causing erosion instead of following the original flow of the water. I've tried to call this company multiple times over the last month and I've got no response. I spoke to a female one day who said she was going to look at the contract and what we had done, but she never called me back. I'm beyond agitated and I would expect better service from a business that has this many good reviews. If you are going to promote quality service then back up your work. read more

When we agreed to the terms the job was scheduled for the following week. The job was completed in one day and is beautiful! The workers (from 4 to 6 of them throughout the day), were very hard-working, polite, and competent. They arrived on time as scheduled and left the yard spotlessly clean. Jason, their leader, consulted with us as they were working to make sure of exactly what we wanted. I can not recommend this company enough! Troy came out in the rain I might add and gave us an estimate and we let them know we live in as association and we have to get approval and they were very understanding and helpful. After we got the approval they were actually able to start the job 2 days later and done in 1 day. Now our front lawn looks amazing and we did a portion of the back yard. We called them originally because we had a major gopher problem which Green Forever was able to assist us with they layer down a gopher wire as well as weed barrier so that our yard will remain damage free and the product is pet and child friendly. Green Forever was first recommended to me by a neighbor after they had some work done in their backyard. After doing some additional research, and seeing firsthand the quality of their work, I decided to reach out to them for a quote. Joe (the owner) personally came out to do the initial quote and discuss design options. Importantly, Joe took into account our intended use of the backyard (primarily a place for our larger dog to play, but also as an infrequent hosting space), as well as the structure limitations, and helped determine the most practical turf options. Joe is a very open and frank individual and clearly believes that honesty is the best practice; if he does not feel that the job is right for either you or his team, he will tell you. From initial quote to completion of the project was less than three weeks, but the actual work took less than 3 work days over 5 calendar days to do roughly 875 square feet. The crews that came in were professional, quick, and efficient. Having installed some turf myself in a portion of the yard a few years ago, I know how difficult it is to do, let alone do well, but they made it look easy. In addition to demolition of the existing path and install of the new turf, they also replaced a broken segment of concrete that makes up the border of a French Trench drainage system. After everything had been installed, Joe came back out and did a final walk-through with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. The transformation is simply amazing and makes the backyard feel complete. Green Forever is not the cheapest option and will not attempt to outbid some of the other companies you may come across on here, but they back up the price with labor and product guarantees, and the final results speak for themselves. If you are simply looking for an inexpensive install, or aren't too worried about the quality of the work/product, this is not the company for you. Green Forever offers a special turf for pets with MicroBan built in ensuring mold, mildew and bacteria are killed to prevent lingering odors. It's a step up in price but it ensures your turf will do great with pets. We have two golden retrievers and we haven't had any issues. I was between 4 companies and I definitely don't regret choosing Green Forever. Their quote was not the lowest out of all four. However, I definitely received the quality we paid for. Joe responded to my inquiry the same day. Since I work Mon- Fri, he was very accommodating with my schedule and came over on a Saturday. During the consultation, he was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered many of my questions that another company didn't answer with confidence. My HOA has specific guidelines and Joe was very patient throughout the whole process which took 2 months to approve.
