After the cleaning, the invoice I received was for 9.5 hrs and $522. I think I should have been alerted that was going to take longer. I was arrived at the house 4 days after the cleaning and found that most of the items listed in the estimate were indeed done. However some were left out. - The bottom kitchen cabinet and drawers were all left out. - I suspect the floor was only vacuumed but not mopped (I mopped it myself and water was jet black). There were also some stickers on the floor which could easily have been cleaned up but weren't. - The cleaning crew forgot to turn off the A/C. They did offer to come back and clean the cabinets but I already cleaned it myself.
