VERY BAD SERVICE - DO NOT USE GREEN HEATING AND AIR
I had a very disappointing experience with Green Heating & Air Inc.
In February 2026, Hassan came to my home to repair my air conditioner. During the visit, my programmable thermostat was removed and replaced with a non-programmable thermostat that I did not request. My original thermostat was functioning before it was removed, and it was not returned to me. I was then charged $598.90 for the replacement thermostat.
When the thermostat stopped working in February 2026, I contacted Hassan numerous times. Despite multiple appointments being scheduled by Hassan and the receptionist, technicians repeatedly failed to show up. The issue remained unresolved for months.
Eventually, Hassan sent someone to inspect the thermostat. After that visit, I received another invoice for $120, which I paid on June 3, 2026. As of June 10, 2026, I have made approximately 20 calls regarding this matter and have still not received a satisfactory resolution.
Based on my experience, I found the customer service to be very poor and unprofessional. I am frustrated by the lack of communication, missed appointments, and the ongoing failure to resolve the thermostat issue. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience.
