This is a followup to my original review…read more After the owner of this company, James Piccolo, tried to keep my money, it seems that he had return it based on, in his own words, a "technicality." See the photo titled Tthe Threat." Then, to retaliate, he created a website about me that was filled with fake information and was damaging beyond belief and actually wrote that the reason he was doing this was because of the dispute. It is years later and he still refuses to take it down. He copied verbiage from my real site, which is a federal offense, and then added his own made up comments to make me seem like a crackpot. He used the name of a lawyer in another comment writing that I was harassing one of his clients; I spoke to the lawyer today who denied speaking with him vehemently. He put a fake divorce action up because the lawyer involved in that had the same last name as I. Unfortunately, the woman involved had a different middle initial than I do so that was a bunch of BS. He claimed to have gotten information from a "tipster" who worked for a publication. I met with the author of the article he quotes who said he had no idea what he was talking about. This week he tried to extort money from me by saying his "lawyer," who doesn't seem to have a name, was writing a "settlement agreement" in exchange for taking down the site. I told him the only settlement agreement would be a notarized letter stating he will take down the site and never do anything harmful to me again, in exchange for which I will not press charges or sue. So now, it's slander/libel, unauthorized use of intellectual property, and extortion. Plus he threatened me. We will be suing on all counts. I have attached photos of some of the stuff. I think everyone should see it.

I have received numerous calls from your firm and have provided the correct contact information for the person that makes the decisions for this company. However, the representative stated today that she did not see the correct contact number on the profile and requested the number again. I'm not sure if your employees get paid by how many times they call a company or what? It's my thought that if they seriously wanted to do business with our firm they would have contacted the correct person by now. Your representative was unprofessional and rude. As a media company I think you would want to know how your representatives are representing your company and as well your special vendors.

I tried getting my money back before the 90 days, but they wouldn't allow it. Now that it has been well over 90 days, I have reported fraud to Chase. I hope to get my money back from Chase. I hope those that have purchased an ad from them make a formal complaint, too.
