I had a fantastic microdermabrasion facial followed by a massage by Matthew. I can't remember the aesthetician's name (sorry) but she offered many ways to treat your skin as well as recommended products giving you an variety of ways to help your specific skin concerns. The treatment rooms are rather small in case you are claustrophobic, but the actually services make up for it. The second time I went for a facial, I had Rayvonna. This time I was able to be treated in the outdoor tent. It is nicely decorated and spacious. Once again the service was on point. Nice relaxing music, aromatherapy, the neck massage that comes with the facial is always welcomed. ANOZ, has a talented group of service providers. They know what they are doing. There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.

Nonetheless, it is a soothing and low-key place, and the staff is always pleasant and sweet. Owen is probably the best masseuse on staff, but Ava and Grace are also good. For customers who haven't been here before: please consider tipping generously. These people put time and actual physical effort into giving you a great massage. I always tip at least 25% (so for a $50 massage, $12-$14 is my bare minimum) and I give actually way more than that ($20) gladly. Think about what they have to do... wash and rub strangers' smelly feet... yuck.

The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol.
