(This is a private room). I had a towel on top of me when she was doing the foot massage, was different for me because foot massages your clothes are on. I will budget to see Lucy weekly until I get somewhat back to normal as my body needs help more than my monthly massage appointment. If you are new to "foot massage" it is a full body experience. Best to wear a tank top and shorts and pull your hair into a tight ponytail as no part of your body will be left untouched. You are fully covered with a towel, you stay clothed, but you will have your arms, tush, hips, legs pressure massaged and stretched. Nothing inappropriate, just full, deep body work. Is it relaxing? no. It is rejuvenating? yes. Is it painful? a bit. Is it therapeutic? yes. Will it put you out of your comfort zone? yes but get over it. I was trying to keep my brain from focusing on the sore, tender state of all my muscles, top to bottom as Lucy was working on me, so I focused on being grateful that this older woman was putting so much care and attention into my tired body and helping my body heal itself. The session room is a cool, dark, common space with 6 open beds. Nothing special but pleasant. This is not a spa. You are there for body work. Always be generous and tip 20%+. They charge $60 for 75minutrs which is great, $70 for 90 minutes, so bring some extra $10 and $20 bills with you. They work so hard and it shows, and I am grateful.

Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. Spend your money at businesses that respect both their customers and the law.
