I need a little extra care for my shoulders and left feeling like a weight had been lifted. The owner is a scam artist and stole money from every employee and didn't pay rent! She had to close the failing business due to her own selfish interests of not paying the former owners. She didn't pay any employees their last paycheck and ignored everyone. What a fraud! She lied about my commission payments and made me pay her employer tax. She should be ashamed but this is actually her SECOND time scamming a business. I think jail time is appropriate now. What could improve yelp asks? Treat employees fairly, don't play favorites. Don't take away services that I sold, and try and let someone who hasn't even taken the approved course or doesn't have a certification do the service just cause they're your buddy or you're trying to promote them. Don't take away a client that I obviously make them happy and upgrade, then give them to someone else. that's how you lose clients and you then have to shut the doors. You can't just shuffle clients around whenever you want to. That's Spa basics 101 and how clients get upset. But oh yeah, you're a narcissist so you don't have feelings and you don't care, that that's why no one's paid and left jobless. Oh, and next time buy real machines that actually work so people come back. Then take advice from real licensed professionals. You obviously didn't care about people skin. read more

The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I was traveling to town to celebrate a family birthday and needed a message for three people and one facial for my Mom. They only had two Message Therapists available on the day we could all go together. So I took the two and scheduled the facial. When Chloe called me back to confirm, she said they were able to bring in another Massage Therapist. I couldn't believe how accommodating they were. The experience when we got there was amazing! The Salon/Spa is beautiful and the waiting room was very relaxing. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and professional. Once in the room for the facial I really liked that they had a bag hanging on the door for all of my stuff and a small jewelry holder for jewelry and rings. Destinie did an amazing job on my facial. She explained everything she was doing and explained all the products she was using and what each of them did. She had the most soothing voice and it was very relaxing. The massage table was amazingly comfortable and warm. Once we were done Destinie made sure I had a cold cup of water and she walked me through all the products once more and I purchased them all. Products are usually pretty pricey, but I bought 5 products for $150. That included facial cleanser, moisturizer, face mist, face mask cream, and lip moisturizer. My sister and I went for a day spa at Immerse Spa in Littleton. The massage and facial were amazing! Definitely recommend those services. The manicure and pedicure, on the other hand, were awful. My finger nail polish started chipping the next day, and it was shellac. My sister's nails took over 3 hours to finish and they are horribly done, toe nail not painted all the way, polish not smooth, not polished appropriately for shellac. Once we arrived Becca graciously greeted us and immediately made us comfortable....she brought us into their relaxation room so we could sip our drinks, chill out and relax, and wait for our massages to begin. I had an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Sheila. She was fantastic and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The 80 minutes flew by... As my friend and I made our departure we were left wishing we had more time to spend at the spa. This place made me a believer in massages. My husband got us a couples massage here as a much-needed treat for surviving our wedding. They were super understanding when we had to reschedule at the last minute as a result of a sunburn (from the aforementioned wedding), and made us a new appointment without a second thought. The idea of a couples massage seemed weird to me, but they made us feel very comfortable and the massages were wonderful. The people who work here clearly care about their clients and go out of their way to focus on your problem areas and help you relax. The office was immaculate and the service was wonderful. It was my first time here. I had 2 gift cards (to go with a friend) for the Ultimate Spa Day Package. My husband purchased the cards back in December for my Bday. At that time this place was called Essentials but now it's under new management and it's called Immerse. The Ultimate package was $220 and now the cost is $40.00 more. WOW talk about a price increase. As much as I love the idea of doing a spa day with a friend or even going alone is really nice too but this isn't the place to go. It's not "different". It's not special and it definitely doesn't have decent reasonable prices for the service you get. To spend this amount of money, plus tip for each service isn't worth it for mediocre service. The idea of a hot stone massage is great, right? I don't know if hot stones were actually used. The gal working on me couldn't really confirm one way or the other. She didn't say much at all. I tried to ask but she was fairly new and she seemed rushed. I don't know why because we weren't late but 50mins for $85.00 and she didn't spend but maybe 5 mins on both feet and not much more on my hands. Next up were facials. My only comment here is that I wasn't told much of anything on what she was applying to my face. I am all for not pushing product on somebody especially when you're trying to enjoy the whole spa atmosphere but if you don't talk about the product at least a little OR take the time needed to educate/inform the client then you're not going to gain a client much less sell any product. I was under the impression at this point that Management has these gals on the move as in go go go move on to the next client no matter what. It's pretty disappointing because this place is really nice and has a lot of different services to offer but why would anybody WANT to go back and pay for quality work when you are not getting it. The last service for myself and my girlfriend were pedicures. This was one of the worst I've ever had. I can't even begin to list what this gal did. I had maybe 4 toes where polish covered the entire nail and when I got home and my nails were dry, I realized they were all jagged. Like she didn't know how to trim or file them correctly. They were awful. She was definitely rushed because as I was trying to get my flip flops on and out of the tub, I smeared my big toe but she had already ran off to her next client. I know this review is long but I think reviews good or bad can be very helpful in many ways. My review isn't just about the high prices for barely average service, it's also about feeling like you're just another $(&#! in a long assembly line. And this all comes from Management!!! read more
