Don't take away services that I sold, and try and let someone who hasn't even taken the approved course or doesn't have a certification do the service just cause they're your buddy or you're trying to promote them. Don't take away a client that I obviously make them happy and upgrade, then give them to someone else. that's how you lose clients and you then have to shut the doors. You can't just shuffle clients around whenever you want to. That's Spa basics 101 and how clients get upset. But oh yeah, you're a narcissist so you don't have feelings and you don't care, that that's why no one's paid and left jobless.
