Within 24 hours they were over at the house just to help me. I rarely see a company that works so hard to keep the relationship going. If you need any kind of drain work, this is the only company you should be calling.

What should have been an easy and straightforward experience turned into a pretty big hassle…read more I hired Art and Tree for a relatively big landscaping project (extensive tree and hedge trimming, mulching flower beds, sprinkler adjustments, etc). I was told that it would be completed by a particular day, but it actually took nearly 2 weeks longer than promised, and we never received any real explanation as to why. Communication was poor throughout the entire experience. During the delay, I've was told 2 times that the job was done and given a request to send full payment, only to discover that the work had not been done as promised. I found this tactic to be particularly annoying and a waste of my time. Aside from the delay and asking for payment prematurely, the work quality was poor in general. The mulch they put down was insufficient in multiple areas and the trees were not pruned enough. They also caused a huge problem when during the tree trimming they broke a common fence in our backyard and also left tons of debris in my neighbors yard. My neighbor was not at all pleased with this sloppy work. When I brought up these issues to the company on two seperate occasions, they completely ignored what I said and did not respond. In the end, I had to pay someone else to clean up Art and Tree's leftover mess and also pay for the fence they broke and the costs were significant. Huge bummer. I am not at all happy with Art and Tree and I would definitely not recommend their business. There are far better and more reliable landscaping companies out there, so there's no need to deal with a business that doesn't appear to care.

BEWARE! We hired Rick to plant 2 Sylvester Palm trees of…read moreequal height 10' for which we were charged per foot of trunk, one avocado, one mango, several snake plans and several large blue agaves plus new sod etc, aprox a 7k job. One of the Sylvesters is perfectly fine to date but the second one died almost immediately. Rick came and replaced it with one half its size which wasn't acceptable and regardless it died too within a couple of weeks. Of course we watered them as instructed, the 1st palm tree is still in place, and we documented the second ones death sort of speak. Per Rick, he was sold two sick trees by his supplier. Rick acknowledged that the replaced tree was half the size we paid for and agreed to replace writing "you have my word I will replace the tree". After multiple promises both over the telephone and in writing and several months later he still hasn't replaced it (as of 6-14-19). We removed the dead palm tree and realize they digged what seems to me to be a shallow hole full of rocks no topsoil. The avocado and mango tree as well as the snake plants which are known to be very hardy are not doing well, also very shallow holes and no top soil. I'm not sure what happened because Rick works with his father and they seemed like good honest people but they definitely failed us so if this can help someone else great.
