BEWARE! We hired Rick to plant 2 Sylvester Palm trees of equal height 10' for which we were charged per foot of trunk, one avocado, one mango, several snake plans and several large blue agaves plus new sod etc, aprox a 7k job. One of the Sylvesters is perfectly fine to date but the second one died almost immediately. Rick came and replaced it with one half its size which wasn't acceptable and regardless it died too within a couple of weeks. Of course we watered them as instructed, the 1st palm tree is still in place, and we documented the second ones death sort of speak. Per Rick, he was sold two sick trees by his supplier. Rick acknowledged that the replaced tree was half the size we paid for and agreed to replace writing "you have my word I will replace the tree". After multiple promises both over the telephone and in writing and several months later he still hasn't replaced it (as of 6-14-19). We removed the dead palm tree and realize they digged what seems to me to be a shallow hole full of rocks no topsoil. The avocado and mango tree as well as the snake plants which are known to be very hardy are not doing well, also very shallow holes and no top soil. I'm not sure what happened because Rick works with his father and they seemed like good honest people but they definitely failed us so if this can help someone else great. I called Rick a couple months back to get a quote to install a sprinkler system. He seemed knowledgeable, and told me they use a computer based system to measure my lawn. Told me he'd email me a quote. After a week I began calling and texting asking if the quote was sent. After being totally ignored I assumed I wasn't getting it. If he didn't want the business all he had to do was tell me "no thanks", instead he blew me off. Not the way business should be conducted in my opinion. read more

We had bushes added they did a decent job but we asked for present bushes to be trimmed down. they quoted 250.00. They didn't cut them down just on the sides and had one of their helpers toss a little bit of fertilizer on some of the bushes (we watched). And when we asked them to trim them down they said they didn't recommend it and refused. Very dissatisfied with their attitude and service. read more

I called True Image to come out to my home and look at my pool area to take out some trees. They came out and gave me a great price to trim them, explaining that I did not remove them and then and then gave me great ideas on additional plants and rocks that look great around my pool and complete the whole look.
