We placed an online order and it was ready within 15 minutes. We had a coupon for a large two topping pizza for $13.99 and also ordered cheese bread. When we got home the pizza was still piping hot. Both the pizza and bread were great! We got garlic butter on the crust and it was delicious. The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Green Lantern Pizza became the go-to when other pizza chains started turning out inferior product. The Shelby location was top notch - great customer service and fast and delicious product. Unfortunately, it appears that's over - as my last few carryout orders provided a poor experience. Their premium antipasto salad was once abundant - filled to the top and lot of ham, salami and cheese. It's now a joke - barely half full and the toppings were barely there. I've contacted Green Lantern about this - but, they don't bother to reply. I would love to support a small, family owned business -- but, the quality just doesn't warrant it. read more

If you're picking up, double check your order before you leave. They make good pizza, but it's fairly expensive. I've never had much issues but after my last experience, I will likely not order again. The employees checked my order and told me it was correct, I didn't think to double check after they checked. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong pizza. They told me they would not replace it because someone from my phone number had complained before (as far as I know, we didn't). As far as I could tell they said we were trying to get a free pizza out of them? It was honestly surprising. But, one person out of my group wanted only cheese pizza so we ordered a half cheese and half ham, we didn't get that. Our only option was to buy another pizza and I'm not going to order another cheese pizza from here for that. And, I assume somebody else got the wrong pizza, too. They passed off a day old Pizza on me on Sunday at the Madison Heights facility and this is not the first time this has happened ordered at 12:03 they said it was done at 12:15 got home it was ice cold and you could tell it was an old, i'm not sure how a pizza can be done in 12 minutes and it'll be ice cold at pick up I was wondering when I got home why it wasn't steaming up my car window now I know why it was an old pizza. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni it, it came with a thin crust with pepperoni mushrooms and I'm thinking mild peppers this is something I did not order because I hate mushrooms and I would never order any kind of peppers on a pizza , they had sprinkled more mozzarella cheese on it and try to heat it up apparently that didn't work because the cheese was not melted when I got the pizza I know for a fact that this pizza was left there from the night before and they figured they'd pawn it off on me and this is unacceptable! I will never order a pizza from there again! I had to throw it in the trash, that is so sad, I did not want to get sick from food poisoning. Lived in warren my whole life so I've always gone to green lantern on 12 mile the OG, Shelby townships is honestly just as good. I ordered carry out and it got delivered promptly, the pizza man was super nice and friendly. Upon opening the pizza it was just as I remembered and the flavor did not disappoint!! Even my father stated this is one of the better green lantern that have opened. So happy to have great pizza close by! The garlic butter on the pizza is to die for you must try. I would like to try their pizza but they don't deliver north of 26 mile rd. I am literally 3.8 miles away and they won't go that far, plus they are not on Doordash or UberEats. We decided to try the new location, they just opened in October. Mind you I've never had this companies pizza before so I don't have any reference to what it is normally. We got the thin crust meat pizza well done and wings well done. I used the app to order which was easy to use. I got there on time but pizza not ready. There was a mistake made on chicken and the manager gave me a $10 for next order without me even saying anything. Honestly it was just a little longer wait no big deal. Pizza was yummy, ingredients tasted fresh and not cheap. Chicken was worth the price and they gave us a few extra which was nice. We would definitely go back! read more

Tried the round pizza this time, not good at all. It was soggy in the middle, dough was just soaked. Usually get square and will definitely stick to that from now on.
