Dinner was AMAZING....5/5 APPETIZER: "Burrata Camponata" A mound of this heavenly Eggplant Relish, severalthick slices of fresh Burrata oozing cheese, and a big mound of imported, freshly shaved Prosciutto off of the special shaver that sits in the dining room for the dishes that require this beautifully seasoned ham. We split 2 Entrees: Pasta Carbonara created in the imported, authentic, giant Parmesan wheel table-side Espresso-encrusted Prime cut sirloin steak Med Rare with roasted redskins and fresh, petite green beans.
