Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. Her task was to restore the gardens and enhance the landscaping of the country estate and horse farm. Her design expertise and in depth knowledge of plantings appropriate to the period as well as deer resistant low maintenance shrubs and trees resulted in an excellent result. She produced the design and documentation very quickly, put together a budget and bid package, set up the contractors, coordinated all work on the site, and produced a great result. There are blooming plants, changing colors, and interest throughout the year. In summary, we found Lisa Roth has great depth of expertise, experience, and design excellence and helped not only to create a beautiful setting for the historic structures, but worked with the exterior building contractors in coordinating with restoration work to achieve a well integrated plan. Poor quality of work with no professionalism…read more Have a shared driveway for which Mother Nature had plowed both sides for my neighbors and the prior owners of our house. Met the plow truck in our driveway day of the first snow to ask for their services for our side of the driveway. Driver uninterested in talking to me, told me "he's not in charge of deciding who to plow" and told me to call his boss. Did not give me a number instead asked me to speak to my neighbor. My neighbor also did not have a phone number as he communicated with the company over email. I googled, called the main number, which was just an answering machine. I again pleaded with the driver to please plow our half of the driveway (mind you it's about 10 feet wide and he had already done half of it) which he begrudgingly agreed to. Did a very poor job leaving multiple large packed down patches of snow that I had to shovel out by hand. Did not salt driveway or shovel our walkway. Also found a cigarette butt within the snow mounds when they were finished. Later that day the owner/manager called me to formalize the service, explaining shoveling walkway was extra charge, which I happily declined. He did not explain driveway salt was not included, so snowfall #2 of the season I came home from work to again find a poorly plowed with multiple packed snow patches without salt. It was then he explained salt was an added charge. At the end of the month I received my invoice, charging me extra for that initial first plow (detailed above) for a "shoveled walkway." Hidden fees, overly expensive service, lack of professionalism, poor quality service and dishonest employees. Look elsewhere!

Hello, I do not write reviews much but want to warn folks about this service. It is horrible!!! I…read morewas contacted within a few minutes after receiving their info. We made an appt for the next day. The problem is that they never showed up! I contacted them asking if they were coming and was told that they got roo busy and would come past the next day. This was after 4 hrs of waiting. The next day they did not show up until 7:30 pm, started the job and left. Shortly after, they texted me stating that they did not know that my tree was as large as it was ( I sent pictures) and that they would come back and complete the rest of the job tomorrow. They then had the nerve to request more than half of the amount without finishing the job! They completely hacked away my bushes and left debris and trash all over my lawn. They knocked over my lawn lights and did not put things back in place. To date they still have not completed the job. I try to give new business owners a chance but when they have no respect and courtesy I am almost forced to write a review to prevent this from happening to other folks! You should have been honest and let me know that the job was too much for you... transparency is the key to good customer service! -0 star rating.
