The third tree was a super tall eucalyptus tree planted right at the corner of a block fence wall that was shared with our neighbor, and its roots were the reason the fence walls work cracking and falling apart. Quan was so quick to respond and we were able to get an appointment the next day for him to look at our property while we were out of town and get an estimate for everything. We got quotes from three other companies, and Juan's quote was the most reasonable imo. We were going to be out of town on the day the work was going to be scheduled, but Juan kept in touch consistently and us making payment for the job being done was also handled very professionally. Rey showed up on time and in roughly 30 minutes, had both of my palms trimmed and had cut all the oleander he was going to remove, cut down to the stump. Unfortunately, his "stumper" was too big to get through my gate into the yard so he went to Home Depot and rented one that we could get back there. At my expense of course. He returned the next day and finished grinding the stumps down in short order. Mind you, I have not been asked for a penny in the way of a deposit thus far. Jessica in the office is sending an invoice for me to pay now that the job has been completed. Both Jessica and Rey were completely professional and friendly. Palm trimming was 50 per palm and Oleander tree removal was 150 per tree. Rey cleaned up and hauled away everything leaving my yard clean and neat looking. I hired AAA Tree Service for tree removal work at my property in Las Vegas. While the tree work…read moreitself was generally acceptable, the handling of the property damage afterward was extremely unprofessional. During the job, the company damaged my gate and fence, landscaping bushes, and the concrete border along my driveway. Claude informed my husband that the gate had been damaged, which he later described as "taking responsibility," but there was no actual effort made to coordinate repairs or resolve the issue afterward. I had to repeatedly follow up for more than a week just to get movement toward addressing the damage. When I requested that the gate be properly repaired or replaced, I was repeatedly told I was being unreasonable for expecting the contractor to pay for damage caused during the work. I requested the company's insurance information multiple times so the matter could be handled properly, but that information was never provided despite the company website stating that the business is insured. Instead, I was pressured to accept inadequate solutions, including replacing the damaged gate with used materials. I also had to obtain my own estimates and manage the repair process myself. I was also told that if he properly repaired the damage, he would not make money on the job. At one point, he also "joked" that he would waive the undisclosed $200 processing fee to help offset the approximately $4,000 gate replacement his company caused. In addition to the property damage issues, debris was left behind in the yard for us to clean up ourselves. Although partial payment was eventually provided toward replacement of the gate and fence, the process required extensive follow-up and unnecessary conflict to reach even that point. If you hire this company, understand that you may also be responsible for managing and fighting through the repair process if their equipment damages your property.
