We are so glad we found a great and reputable tree trimming and landscaping company! We had Vegas Best Tree trim our overgrown creeping fig in our middle courtyard last year and they did such a great job, that we called them again this year to trim and remove overgrown trees from our front yard, courtyard and backyard - quite a large job. When I called, Meesha responded quickly, was courteous, professional and prompt! We were able to get all the trees and landscaping trimmed within a few days. My husband and I couldn't be happier! Meesha let me know that Augosto and his team would be doing the trimming. Augosto was prompt, courteous and fast. We had a lot of sago trees removed and one was missed. When I called about that one tree, they came promptly the next day to remove the tree and Augosto wanted to make sure we were satisfied with all the work. I had them removed two Stump from my Back yard. They were sightly delay because of mechanical problems, but did a good job of keeping me informed. There were three men in the crew. This is a review from a few years ago. They were quick to respond and quoted me way less than a few other companies to remove a tree that had been uprooted by weather and plant a new tree I had purchased from Star Nursery. They picked up my tree for me and did plant it, but my husband had to ask them to dig a deeper and wider hole because the original one was barely the size of the container the tree came in. The employees performing the work were not the original ones that quoted me. It was a family with a dad, mother, and older son that did not have any shirts or truck representing Vegas Best Tree Service. Honestly, I did not feel like these employees specialized in tree service, or any other landscaping for that matter, as they also did not remove the whole root ball from the damaged tree. I am still dealing with sucklings from the original tree roots and remove them myself weekly. When requesting quotes from companies, remember that you get what you pay for and if it's too good to be true, it probably is. read more

Very dissatisfied with the outcome of the tree trimming service. I wanted a light tree trim in my front yard and then the trees to be cut back more in the backyard to prevent the branches from hitting the house. My front yard tree was the most important tree. My husband requested a VERY LIGHT TRIM and it's so hollow and bare now. Not what we were expecting.Honestly so very very upset and sad. Our favorite tree split severely after some bad weather and we were devastated. Luckily I found this tree service and they came out the same day to see what they could do to salvage the tree. Find a more reputable company. I had a tree damaging my new house I called and was told someone would be out there that day between 5:30-7 at 7 I got an almost there text. Then at 7:30 another almost there text. Then a I'm getting gas text then over an hour later he canceled and said he would come early the next morning. The next morning I hadn't heard anything and I reached out. He then said he couldn't come. Days passed by and he kept cancelling. My tree finally snapped and damaged my house so I needed to get emergency service from another company. When I told him that I didn't need his services anymore he texted me with a snarky reply with pictures stating he had bigger jobs to do and that was fine. read more
