This company has excellent customer service and charge a reasonable cost for a tragic event. They helped a distraught homeowner when my tree fell due to bad weather. My large pine tree had died due to lack of water due to my sprinklers broke. So I felt responsible. The arrangement for services was easy. The owner asked me to send pictures of it and will give the price for removal. I express my concern that the wood would be thrown in the trash. He said that they don't cut it up and put it in the trash. He said he uses the big pieces for firewood and the small branches were thrown away. Wow, my wife and I really dodged a bullet with this guy Ron Goodwin. What a prick . All over a miscommunication. I decided to hire treepro on June1st to trim the many palm trees we have around our house. He said he would be available June 13th but not sure what time and would contact me Thursday when after 7pm when he did his scheduling. Well Thursday came and went and I hadn't heard from him so I decided to shoot him a text to see if he had figured out a time yet. This is where problems came about. He answered my text in a look at the message you dumbass type of attitude. I explained to him that I thought he meant the Thursday after the Sunday when we spoke. I'm attaching the text message thread so you can make your own determination. I took it as the following Thursday. Regardless, no customer deserves this type of attitude. He thinks he is some rich hot shot fat cat hahaha. He is a tree trimmer that's it. Dime a dozen tree trimmer and not even a tree pro at that. HE DOESN'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. What a turd. read more

I have two pine trees that needed to be checked for signs of dying, assessed for revival, and pruned for dead/brown branches. I initially reached out to TreePro based on their 5-star Yelp reviews, expecting a professional and customer-friendly experience. Instead, I received a cold, dismissive text from Ron that said: "We don't do any type of plant healthcare. No disease or insect control fertilization, etc. We only do tree trimming and tree removal. Thanks." This response felt completely out of line with their advertised commitment to "top quality tree maintenance." There was no effort to understand my needs or offer guidance -- just a hard stop. Fortunately, I also contacted another tree contractor who responded warmly, listened carefully, and provided detailed suggestions right away. Total contrast. Key takeaway: When a small business owner acts arrogant or uninterested in doing even basic services, it's a red flag. No matter how good the reviews look, trust your gut and move on. Tree Pros provided very attractive pricing to remove a large ash tree. They were also contracted to "completely remove" the stump as I wanted to replant a tree in the same spot. They did a great job with tree removal, but when I had the replacement tree planted, I found the stump had been ground to about 6" below surface and they covered the hole before I could see that it was only 6". I had to relocated the new tree about 2' away, which destroyed the symmetry. VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I needed two palms and one larger tree trimmed and I got quotes from a few companies I found on yelp. I sent pictures and explained what I needed. The pruners were here on time, and worked very hard. They used ladders, long poles and gardening tools needed to cut fairly 20 year old high trees. I had contacted a few local businesses about some work being done on a massive mesquite tree in my yard, Ron responded very quickly with a reasonable quote, and his crew was at my house 2 days later. The price he quoted me for that tree and also for the removal of a smaller very dead one that I had cut down myself in the backyard was incredibly reasonable and affordable. His crew of three arrived when I was told that they would, and got right to work. They worked for 4 hours, cleaned up the tree branches from the smaller one that I'd cut down, cleaned up everything in the front yard and let me tell you it was a really big mess of branches and leaves everywhere, and even cleaned up a pile of leaves etc that I had swept up in the driveway but hadn't gotten to yet. The 3 guys were incredible, they worked so hard and were very polite. I kept popping my head outside to see the progress, and each time I went outside I was more and more impressed with their level of skill, professionalism, and making sure that nothing was damaged as the tree is very close to the front of my house. They used a leaf blower to clean up all the leaves and dirt left over in the backyard which I didn't expect as I'd just asked about them removing the branches. I requested some quotes to remove dead branches from an HOA required tree in our yard. The previous summer's heat did not bode well for this tree. I got a very quick quote (less than 30 minutes) from the owner, Ron, and a contact number to text if I was interested in the work. I texted him back & he put me on the schedule for the very next morning. The employees were prompt. Because so much had to be removed off of this tree, an employee checked with me prior to starting the pruning. No doubt that the tree was going to look strange after removing the dead branches, but I just didn't want to pay for a complete tree removal and put in another HOA acceptable tree. They did the best they could and tried to round it out even though they removed quite a bit of dead branches. I highly recommend this company. They were very prompt and thorough. I appreciated that they checked in with me once they started work to make sure they didn't do anything I didn't want done. They also were quite affordable.
