I was referred to this business by my neighbor for my tall front palms that were in rough shape. They worked out an estimate, got me scheduled and even came a day early because they were nearby. Their work is high quality, top notch and fast. They helped with a few other things too, very fast, and did an excellent job. They are able to haul away a lot of waste. I'm happy to have found them. I'll call them next time long before the palms get as full. I enjoy doing a lot of my own landscape cleaning, but find I end up slacking on it in the summer. The first time I hired this company was an absolute great experience and I felt it was a great choice after looking at 4 other companies. They had the best price and the guys that came and took my palm tree out really knew what they were doing. The clean up technique was efficient and excellent. Now i used them the second time because of the great deal that they gave me the first time, but the second project was a big project and I got a total renovation for my whole backyard with drip line, fifteen oleanders, 2 red pistache trees. Eighty feet of flower bed with oleander, lantana, yellow bell, bay leaf, roses, a eureka lemon tree, seventy feet of pavers, artificial turf, drip line for all plants, and a three hole, putting green golf course. I have a quarter acre lot, so there was a lot of work. These guys came in and knocked it out of the park. The clean up. Was done first and then they started transforming my backyard into a paradise. My wife and I don't even need to go on vacation when we have a resort now in our backyard. They definitely are 5 star and 5 diamonds. Can I give 10 stars?! One of our palms flowered because it hadn't been cut back enough, and it was wreaking havoc on our pool, clogging up the filter and making us skim 2x a day. We called today (4th of July weekend!) and on a Saturday AM they picked up right away. We texted back and forth about details over iMessage. They came on time, cut the 9 palms we had, and also removed a dead tree from our yard. They were professional, courteous, kind and did an AMAZING job. Super unprofessional company that should consider changing their name to 1 star tree service. They were supposed to come yesterday to trim my palm trees but kept pushing back the time and didn't even come at all. They showed up today and before starting tried charging me more money than they said the job would cost. I told them if anything I should get a discount for them missing our appointment yesterday and when I stood my ground on paying the originally agreed upon price the workers just took off and didn't even do the work! I tried contacting the company to send someone else to do the job and they told me they won't be sending anyone and that I will need to find someone else to do the work. The tree was located in an area difficult to access, towering over clay tiled roofs, pool equipment and A/c units. His team was amazing. It took them two days to cut it down!
