I unexpectedly had to find a new stylist to do my extension services (which I understand is a luxury service and normally cost more than other services) I was booked and scheduled over the phone, Then bombarded with emails and text about signing their salon agreement. At no point before our appointment or during the consultation was pricing ever discussed. I will take partial responsibility for not asking, but like I said, I am used to paying fairly high prices for my service. When we were almost done with my move up, I finally asked about their pricing and was very shocked To hear that they charge $200 per row to move up extensions. I have been wearing extensions for close to four years and never have I paid prices even close to that. I ended up being charged $400 for a service that took less than two hours to complete. I feel like this salon should have been more transparent with their pricing upfront, especially offering luxury services like they do. The service quality was average and most of the appointment was silent and a little awkward. When she was finished with my move up I wasn't even offered to have my hair styled/ curled Which was a little shocking since that is normally included with a service like this (Especially at this price point). The lotions and tanning products they make are also high-quality. I also appreciate they limit the amount you tan the first two times you come to prevent burns. While I don't burn during tanning, I think this is a great precaution that is made to protect your skin. Also, keep in mind they have a 24 hour policy that means you have to wait 24 hours between each session. I find this is a responsible way to keep customers skin healthy and protected between sessions, even though it can be annoying at first. After the first three times you come, however, you don't need to come everyday anyway to maintain your tan; tanning 3-5 times a week is plenty and more than enough to maintain color. I also found the staff super kind. The young girls there were both polite and made sure I had what I needed beforehand. Everything was super clean as well. I don't understand some of these reviews. People are so rude!
