After laying down, she made sure to explain each step to me to make sure I was comfortable. I even started falling asleep at one point because it was a long service (2.5 hrs) and I got there at 9am, and she didn't make me feel bad! When Haley showed me my lashes at the end I was so happy - they look exactly the way I was hoping! She also touched up my brows for me. At the end of the appointment, I received a care kit with instructions and lash cleaner that Haley showed me how to use.
