Cliff and his team were efficient with removing two large trees, grinding the stumps, and trimming branches from five other trees. They showed up early and ready to go! They were careful around our pool and with a tree that was way to close to our house. The tree by the pool the team had to take down part of our fencing to access it and were very careful. When they put the fencing back up they were able to point out some rotted posts and helped us shore them back up until we can get replacement ones. The tree by the house was a major pain in the butt as someone in the past had poured concrete down the middle of the hollowed tree, not sure why but they did. Since the tree was hollow in the middle, a new tree had grown inside of this tree and was the tree hanging over our home. Their expertise was demonstrated in their ability to cut these massive trees down and remove them from our property. Their pricing was competitive and half the cost of other quotes we had gotten from other companies. They do take credit card, debit card, or cash. The owner came over, examined the trees, and explained the dire situation. He also arranged for other experts from his crew and outside his company to come. Their findings were patiently explained to us in both professional and lay terms, along with a respectful period of time for us to process our options. Eventually, we went with the more prudent approach to have both enormous trees, which were positioned in a very challenging location, removed. Although still beautiful, the trees were not healthy and would have been deadly to keep. The removal of the trees was awesome to watch. Also impressive was watching how the crew safely coordinated moving the large tree portions, quickly moving them out of the way from an active road, cutting up parts, and hauling them away. This included the trimming of a palm tree near our pool cage. Everything, including cleanup, was completed by the end of the day. I just wish I had enough iPhone memory to have recorded everything. When asked to flatten the land back out, remove road ways and remove pushed trees; was told by Paul, "I don't do free lunches". In other words- he wasn't fixing the damage he caused. Also note that they removed (pushed) two rows of planted pines to dig their fire lane on our property, not the property they had permission to burn. If I had not walked back to see our property, I would have never known as no one had the decency to contact us. Both the property manager and Paul had my business card so no excuses. If you have good morals and ethics, I would not hire this company because they do not.
