I set up to receive treatment, Invisalign, took the scans/pictures and set up my follow-up appointment to begin treatment. I called them the day of my appointment to see if I could get an early appointment only to find out my appointment had been canceled. I inquired as to why my appointment was canceled and was told they were unable to confirm that I got the previously scheduled work needed completed. I ensured the receptionist that the treatment had been completed. She then stated she had to call and confirm with my dentist office. I then thought, well if that is the protocol why didn't/hasn't that already taken place, but no worries let's move forward. The receptionist verifies treatment has been completed and schedules my appointment for the following day. Today, I take off from work arrive early for my appointment only to be told "We can't start your treatment today". Why can't treatment be started, you may ask, THEY NEVER ORDER THE INITIAL TRAYS! Is that a huge issue not really, HOWEVER the amount of time it takes for the trays to be produced is WEEKS. They had all the information and payment, might I add, to send for the trays to be created and be available to start treatment TODAY. Did they know yesterday that trays were not there? I'm sure. Did they know when I called the office this morning that the trays weren't available? Absolutely! Did they know when I arrived that the trays weren't available? You guessed it, they did. Why waste someone's time as if any of us have time to waste. Needless to say, Paige Orthodontics is not helping me smile with confidence and I am highly disgusted in the manner that I was treated well in the case of treatment, I guess, not treated.

Dr. Paige and his staff patiently answered my questions and kindly addressed every concern I had along the way. The office environment is very fun (they have old skool arcade games!) and is a great place for young and "old" kids to get orthodontic treatment. Dr. Paige is very warm and friendly and his staff is on top of everything. They ensured that I was happy with my teeth. I really enjoyed my treatment, and I love my new smile! I'm a former patient of around five years. This place is not affordable, flexible, or reliable. This dragged on for three years until I finally got them off yesterday. They do not offer flexible payment plans and customer service is not good. The office staff and hygienists are unprofessional and gossip about patients while other patients are in the room. They do not help you or greet you whenever you walk in. I had to go up to the desk and make myself known for me to receive help and even then the staff member was short with me. Do not expect them to do you any favors as far as flexibility with your appointments. I was caught in traffic and was late getting to the office to pick up my retainers and they were about to close. I called to let them know that I was down the street and caught in traffic but was on my way. I was two minutes late after they closed and they locked the door on me. Your best bet is probably to look elsewhere for treatment. There are definitely more flexible and kind providers out there.

My gums were so sore after her exam. I don't have bleeding gums or anything wrong with my gums. They just wanted to make money off me. I called my insurance company and a deep scale would only be cover if it was approved by insurance first. So glad I said No. Still looking for a good Dentist.

I then go to book my next cleaning about 6 months later, the same thing yet again, they tell me the dental hygienist wasn't there and that they didn't even put me down for a cleaning... That was the last straw and took my business elsewhere just for 2 years later to receive a bill from them (Lake Houston) for x rays they never submitted to insurance and now have created a past due account on my credit. They are slow, badly run, and simply incompetent. Bad business, do not get your teeth checked, cleaned or merely step in vicinity of the area just trash!
