Below average service. I came in for a 30min massage and this is a summary of my experience. Starts off with your body covered followed what it seems like a very soft touch to the body. Here I thought the masseuse was trying to feel around for problem areas. Instead I started feeling a bit unwell with how the rest of this was going. As the massage actually took place, there was very little focus to any areas at all during the first 15min. The masseuse brought in the semi wet towel (not warm or hot) to clean off the lotion off my body and calves. She asked if I wanted to turn over and I stated that I preferred to have more work done on my neck and shoulder blades. Again, I was met with very soft hands. Maybe at around the 25min mark she finally started working the areas she noticed were tight, but for a very short period. Those areas I requested, along with the rest of my body, feel underworked. As I'm dressed and ready to leave, the masseuse asks for a tip. To me, a tip would've been earned if the masseuse would've taken the time to ask the customer if there was any problem areas to focus on. Versus a below average job throughout the massage. Watch out for this place. The person answering the phone will try and send you all the way to Covina because they're "too busy". That should have been my first red flag. I tried to get a couples massage here. The appt was a struggle to set but we finally got it squared away. Then we show up to the place and they tell us, it can't be an hour, it's not a couples massage, it's just two individual rooms, and one person needs to wait 10 more minutes. Not anything close to what we agreed to via phone and text. The people working are HIGHLY unprofessional and not communicative. I'm sure the massage is lovely, if you can actually get one! read more

I was in a lot of pain last week and desperately needed a massage. I called this establishment and the nice lady over the phone was able to secure an appointment within 30 minutes. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we just spoke slowly and clearly, and we're able to communicate everything we needed. Once I arrived, my masseuse showed me to the massage room and received payment. There is a $2 charge to use your credit card, so cash might be best! The room and sheets were all very clean and tidy. The massage therapist gave me an excellent massage and was able to work out all the knots in my shoulders, neck, and back. I wasn't expecting much, but I had a huge knot in my neck and stress in my shoulders and they had a coupon on their website $40 for a 30 min. massage with hot stone. The beds are very wide and the hole for you head is near the top, imbedded in the bed. It was so hot I couldn't keep my face in the hole, there was absolutely no ventilation! I asked them to put a fan on, and they did turn on the ac but of course that takes a bit to turn on. The massage: eh. I told her I just wanted my upper body. She kept trying to go down to my legs and I had to keep stopping her and pointing to my neck. She didn't use any oil, just her bare hands. There were some techniques that felt nice, but otherwise it was like she can feel the knots in my shoulders but only rub for a few seconds and ignore it. Oh and there were no hot stones. I asked and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, well her English wasn't good at all, but if it's their coupon she should know. I gave her a $2 tip, she did help the knot in my neck and went everywhere I told her to go, but who wants to be pointing out where you want them to massage the whole time? I had to go home and use my handheld massage gun to just finish the job and a hot shower. I wouldn't go back. read more

I just went for my 3rd time, feel great. It is very quiet. Clean and they have bars on the ceiling above the tables, allowing the masseuse to walk on your back and really work out the pain. They use oils, hot towels and really do a great job. Let them know soft. Med or hard pressure and where you have any pain. They do a great job at a great price. I got 60 minutes, each time. There is a woman named Lilly, I had her last time in, and I highly recommend her! I walked out feeling like a new person. Dim lights, soft music, clean building and respectful staff.
