Burke Williams or Glen Ivy this is not. So get past that approach and you'll discover a good massage at a great price. The place is located off Brea Blvd in those urban dwelling style business with the merchant on the ground level, apartments lofts above. I didn't find any parking in the back so I had to park in the busy street. We made a 10 am appointment for a Sunday, and we placed in the "triple" room located behind the reception. The walls are thin and a customer walked in off the street, speaking loudly (in Chinese). OMG that was annoying and there really should be a sign (in Chinese) to use their "INSIDE" voice. So for $50 we got a 30-minute foot massage that starts off fully clothed, pants rolled up and your feet are soaked in a bucket of warm medicated water. Then fully clothed, they have you lie on the massage table, face up and massage your feet and pressure points. After the foot part, the workers leave the room and ask you to undress for the 60-minute full body massage. Face down and covered in a sheet, they start kneading you like bread. Eva was my person, and I am guessing she's the boss too, as she brought the cell phone in our treatment. During the massage, the phone rang and she answered it, and yapped a bit in Chinese. I am guessing the person calling wanted directions as she mentioned street names. Again... not Burke Williams. The women did a great job on both of us, and Stephen commented that he really felt the knots getting kneaded out. I tipped them $15 each (it would have been more if Eva didn't answer the phone!) so 2, hour and a half massages for $130 is quite a great deal! read more

They put me in the front room where the receptionist also answers the door, so she left me probably 15 minutes total during my massage. After they've worked on your feet for about 40 minutes they have you turn over and they work on your back and neck. This is in addition to when they start out soaking your feet, and they're working on you while you're sitting upright. The prices are great, the foot massage was okay, not awesome. Three stars for a relaxing massage. The body massage might be better, but we haven't tried that. The place is clean, they have relaxing music playing in the background, and the beds were comfortable. If you've never been to an "Asian" foot massage place then I get why they write bad reviews on them speaking Chinese or answering their phones during your sesh. Just spoke to somebody over the phone to see if they had any availability and they said yes. They said I could come now (I said I was 5 minutes away). I get there and come in and say I just called and the girl in the front desk asked if I had an appointment. Price was not great for the massage you get. They massage fast and super deep pressure. They answer their business phone while giving you a massage; not professional at all. They used a warm towel to initially remove the oils they used on you and keep using the same towel for the rest of your body. By the time they are removing oils on your back and move onto another part of your body, the towel is cold. I left soar and unhappy. :( read more

Checked out some reviews online before coming to this location as I was looking for an affordable massage that I could do a walk in. I called on a Friday (happen to be a holiday) asking for prices. I was quoted 50 for an hour long massage then 30 minute foot massage. They were able to get me in about 45 minutes later which I thought was pretty quick. The location was easy to find, and I had no issues with street parking. Once walking in and was greeted, I was taken to my massage in which I undressed to my comfort and the person came in and began giving me the massage. She was very nice but I don't think spoke much English which was fine. She asked me if I wanted medium or hard pressure, I decided to go medium. Overall the massage felt like reflexology massage more than a Swedish or Deep tissue. It was nice, but didn't get too deep which I would have liked, although she did use hot stones which was great! Finally, I then got the foot massage in which I soaked my week. The massage for my feet was 30 minutes but worked more on my toes rather than heal which was frustrating as my heal had the pain. Overall, good massage for good price. I was frustrated that I was charged an extra dollar for using my credit card. This practice is actually illegal to do. read more

First of all, they make you pay upfront before the massage, charge $2 for credit card transaction and don't ask what you prefer for massage. They just point to the list that they have. Very limited English as well. I called ahead of time to make a 7pm appointment. I chose the 45min massage with oil and hot stones. 20 min into the massage, the girl tells me that she has to cut down the massage to 30 min because she has another customer that came in and would give me back the amount in cash to make it a 30 min massage instead. That is very unprofessional. She didn't even do the hot stones!! So I just left after I got PART OF MY MONEY back, and left NO tip since I did not get what I paid for. Bring cash! They do accept credit cards but they charge a $1 credit card fee (not really a big deal). The big deal is when my husband clearly told the lady $8 tip for each of us (pretty generous tip for a $20 foot massage) and even told her to total it for $56. She took his card and returned with the receipt which was $61!!! She upped the tip!!! That's robbery. I'm not buying the bad English act either, she was clearly told $56. Not coming back here. Bring cash to ensure you get to pay the amount you want. As for the massage, the lady had really strong hands which is good for those who like a rough, deep tissue type treatment. the last two times have been terrible. The first was a male who worked on me, and he was extremely friendly, and I was nervous because in the past I have always had girls work on me. He touched my breasts excessively and made me very uncomfortable, so I avoided getting a massage for MONTHS in fear I would have him again.. Today, I went in to get the usual full body massage, and usually there is a slight amount of pain when getting a massage. It started off great, but when she got to my shoulders she went way too rough, to the point I felt I was going to vomit. I left wondering if there would be any bruises and a few hours later, my boyfriend discovered bruises on both of my shoulders and on my neck. I did not ask for a deep tissue massage, and researched beforehand if bruising is common because I hate complaining unless it was a really awful experience. I went back for a refund by myself and the lady who did my massage kept talking shit on me in her native tongue, and had the audacity to ask me why I was "moping." Huh, maybe the bruises on my back? The foot massage was good but the lady was rude when I paid $40 for a $25 massage and asked for change. I normally tip $10 on a $20 foot massage but since they raised the price to $25 I only tipped $5. I usually go weekly to Palm Tree in Westminster and pay $15 plus $10 but today I didn't feel like making the drive. Too bad for Leisure Time, too, because the massage was good and I might have gone back much more often and paid $30 total but now I won't. Yeah I've totally had better! The main reason I gave it 2 stars is that the interior is really nice. It's clean, has a nice aroma and it's reasonably priced. The I asked for a deep massage and she certainly went deep. Unfortunately she used her knuckles and elbows and never zero'd in on any knots or tight spots. It was very run of the mill. They just said "ok, bye" and we had to tell them it was for 2 people and then they just said the same thing "ok bye" didnt ask for a number or anything. One of the worst massages I've ever received. They were very friendly when welcoming us. However, things just went downhill after that. They had us pay before the massage, which did not concern me as the place looked very clean and well kept. My aunt and I paid for a 90 minute full body massage $160 total. I had a lady that did an ok massage. I felt like she was just rubbing my skin with oil rather than working on my muscles and knots. She also kept taking the sheet off and only covering my butt and I was freezing throughout my massage. She also kept hitting my body a lot. I am use to a few hits on major muscle groups but she was hitting me all over and for long periods of time. It went very bad for my aunt. After 20 minutes of only getting rubbed with a sheet between her and the massager's hands, she spoke up and asked where the massage starts. He was very rude and said this is it. He proceeded to talk on the phone in Chinese, and my aunt did not hesitate to tell him she paid for a massage not just rubbing and poking on her back with a sheet. My aunt said she did not want this massage if this was what it was going to be. After they were in the lobby, my aunt was asking for a refund or at least partial since she was in there for less than 25 minutes and did not enjoy the massage at all since it really wasn't one. He was very unprofessional when handling this situation, and one of his coworkers had to come out from the back and apologize to my aunt, and she gave my aunt a refund. I have received many massages and this has been my worst experience. I am never returning to here again. I would suggest for you to look at other places if you truly want a massage. read more

Went on a whim, but didn't feel the whole true spa experience I wanted. Husband convinced me lets just go get reflexology, then we will go to a real massage place another day. First you soak your feet In a quiet area clean lined bucket (thank you!) then you're on a robed bed behind a curtained room (semi private nothing out in the open), and then u lay down and they actually have a whole body massage trigger points for the reflexology, not just the feet, which kind of shocked me because another reflexology place focused on my calves and feet For an hour, so this was a nice change. I would say if you're looking for a pick me up, once a week consistently this is super affordable. Pressure is decent I didn't request anything special. I've gone here twice for a couples massage. This place is very relaxing and my bf and I enjoyed it very much. For the price you really can't beat it! The second time we were there my bf had scheduled a massage earlier in the week and then his phone took a swim, so we didn't get the call that our massage would need to be 45 mins later than scheduled... when we got there they were very accommodating and rescheduled us for later that night and also gave us a $10 off coupon.
