We only toured the place. The interior is really clean & nice for what you are paying for and the layout was my favorite that we toured in the area. The kitchen was small, but all in all we did like this place. We didn't end up picking Green Meadows but it was a runner up. I wasn't a fan of the lack of grass and dog poop everywhere. And the leasing office looked like they started a bunch of unfinished projects... but other then that I would recommend for the price and what you get. Hope this helps! read more

This is truly one of the most awful and overpriced apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The primary issue is definitely the management. They are unhelpful, apathetic, rude, and have atrocious communication with their tenants. Projects like roofing, pool maintenance, parking lot fixes, etc are always done with ZERO notice to the residents. No emails, no posted notices, no phone calls. Just a bunch of different contractor vehicles blocking multiple spots and making a ton of noise. Any service requests done through their online portal may as well be sent into the ether, you will have to chase them daily with phone calls to get anything fixed. The maintenance team does a fine enough job, but getting the front office to send them your way is often an exercise in futility. They charged almost $1300/mo for a 2bd/2bath apartment. This seems ok.....until you add on the fixed rate electricity (over $215/mo for 1000ft²), the $25/mo trash service you have no choice to opt out of, the $40/mo to rent a washer and dryer if you don't have your own, the $21/mo deposit waiver fee, the $39/mo "unqualified" fee (not even sure what that is, wasn't explained), and the $25/mo rent for each pet. With everything together, it was $1633/mo to live in a complex with trash strewn everywhere throughout the grass and parking lots, dog waste all over the place, an entrance gate that doesn't close about 60% of the time, ZERO security patrols or any guard on duty, a parking lot that is literally falling apart, a roach problem that can't be resolved by any number of exterminator visits, and management that often couldn't be bothered to give you the time of day. The apartments themselves aren't that bad, but the awful complex, terrible management, and overpriced rent are enough for me to tell any prospective renters to stay far, far away from Green Meadows. read more

The staff has been nothing but a delight throughout my entire process. I've been here for almost 1 year and have no complaints. My apartment is spacious, the staff is there to help when needed, and maintenance is great! I haven't had many issues, but when I did, maintenance was out the same day. There are plenty of kids running around, which is great if you have school aged kids. It's not much to complain about, the people here are friendly. It's not bad for the price at all. They gave out mask just because. They really have a "community" vibe. If I could leave more stars, I would. read more

Do NOT MOVEEEEE HERE. Not worth the price.. they charge you an extra $35 if your credit isn't good a month in the rent. I started paying 735 a month and magically in my lease it rose to 930. There are ROACHES like crazy and it's like the exterminator only makes it worse. People try to break in your car. Mold coming from the vents .. My neighbor upstairs had someone break into his apartment with a key. Mmmm sounds like the apartment maintenance is doing something when people aren't at home:. Nice people in the office, I love three location, I enjoy the dog park , my little one looks forward to me taking him there. They have a fitness that they just put. Now I don't have excuses to work out. The office people always have a big smile when I go in there. Having a gated community is very helpful. These apartments I have lived in for 2 years they are absolutely horrible. The property managers are lazy and want to cover up issues they know are a problem. The apartments ac vents are filled with mold. The property manager says it's mildew. I took samples of the mold from the ac vents to a laboratory and had it tested and it's Cladosporium. It's very harmful and can cause severe health issues to people and children. I tried to get out of my lease this morning and they are asking for almost 2100 dollars. This is absolutely ridiculous. There trying to add on a termination fee which isn't even written on the lease contract that was signed. I have since contacted multiple places and have reported them. Hopefully they will learn there lesson. I don't have time for there lies and excuses. There was also a murder on the property this year which they won't talk about on top of multiple car breaking and there's never parking. Beware these people at then office are careless and lazy read more

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! Don't be tricked into moving here . Maintenance is HORRIBLE, Management is HORRIBLE AND RUDE. They tow your car any chance they get no matter if you live there are not. They don't come and pick up the trash like they say they will but still charge for it and the workout gym they advertise has not be open for years!! 10 out of 10 would NOT RECOMMEND! Do not go by the picture you see on the web page, they must be from the time they first opened and totally staged.  When we got in to the apt I noticed the tub and bathroom sink had been painted with white wall paint ! I guess it was so dirty that they would not bother to clean it. It's was so nasty getting into that tub to shower. Clorox Goes a long way ! I did not request a change of apt because everything had be set to this apt and I did not want to do a change of address all over again. The place is infected with roaches. You can feel them on your bed and all over you. Do not matter how clean you are . Not sure if it was from the neighbor or what. Amenities, less say lack of because there is none. The sites state luxurious again nothing luxurious about these apartments.The gates are always broken. The laundry rooms are super nasty. They do not upgrade the machines. The pools are dirty around the brim. The kids climb over the gates to get into the pool. Take a walk to the back of the property and you will see broke windows and people smoking in the back. The smell of pot was always in the air. The ground are dirty. People do not pick up after there dogs. We could not wait to our lease was on over. One of the worst apartments we lived in. I have lived here for a year and I have a very bad service the maintenance of these apartments are very bad everything breaks down and it takes a long time to fix many cockroaches and I do not cook at home my refridgerator broke down and it took 2 weeks to fix it. My food was thrown away and unfortunately happened starting the pandemic nobody refunded my food they didn't even say sorry. I'm not going to renew and I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Sprint away from this place. Maintenance is god awful, it has literally taken them 6 WEEKS to replace our broken dishwasher, they cannot communicate with their tenants efficiently to save their life, there's trash and glass all over the parking lot, the cockroaches are literally everywhere and impossible to get rid of and the staff at the front desk are no help at all whatsoever. Our electricity is pro-rated (advertised all utilities are included) for $219 a month!!! I could power an entire house for that money! Mandatory $40 trash fee even though we literally live right next to the dumpster, and when maintenance comes over to fix anything they give you an attitude and are not friendly at all. When my partner and I tried to put 90 days notice to move out of this place because we are obviously not renting any longer than we have to, the front desk lady told me that they cannot take our request until EXACTLY 60 days before the lease was up, but we couldn't put our notice in after either or we would be charged an entire months rent for failing to alert them of us moving. They also told me both lease signers had to be present to put in notice but in the end they ended up giving me an email to send our notice to!! Wasted trip up to the office and an entire year wasted of my time living in this crap hole. Seriously, AVOID RENTING HERE , IT'S THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. read more

I moved into Green Meadows in September and so far it has been pretty ok. The office staff is wonderful and polite. I love how when I go in to talk to them, I don't even have to tell them my aparment number, they already know who I am. There is a problem with parking that is pretty terrible. There's not nearly enough spots and they tow frequently. Overall, my experience so far has been pretty good. read more

Have lived here 2 months so far... Will update at the end of my lease but here's what I got. Cons: -Maintenance. I put in a basic work order a week ago. Still hasn't happened. Had a leak under my sink, took almost a week to fix that as well (after MULTIPLE phone calls to front office). When they tore out the wood underneath the sink, they never replaced it. -Parking. Completely set up poorly for the complex and not nearly enough for the amount of people brought in and living there. The past week, there have been large piles of mulch taking up 3 spots in front of my building alone, and more buildings spots being taken up. Office- The hours are spotty at best. Signs will be posted saying open and there is no one there for 20+ minutes. Then signs will be posted saying "back at 1" and it'll be 1:30 and no one is there. Just aggravating. And the phone has no voicemail so if you call, you can't leave a message. The ladies, Diana (I think) and Marlenne, are kind and sweet and helpful but don't seem to push the maintenance guys to do what actually needs to be done. Outside lighting-Night time lighting is spotty at best in the parking lot and the lights on my building have been barely working on and off for the past month, a safety hazard I have called and thrown many a fit about, even to corporate. Condition: The apartment I moved into was kinda shabby. The repairs that were done were not done well, including wall patching. Not even fully/properly cleaned upon move in. Pros: If you're still reading, thanks. Location is great, close to 6 and 10 and 529 and everything. Kind of right in the middle so you can get wherever you need to be in a matter of time. HEB and Fiesta are close for grocery shopping, and you aren't too packed in like a downtown location. Community is pretty good. Lots and lots of kids so depends on your level of patience, but not overall too much noise late at night. Pricing and size are good for the area and what you're getting in location etc. read more
