Went in for a (2) pistol transfer from my brother PA resident to me a WV resident. 4 people working. Only one could do transfers. Hour waiting for them to tell us it could not be done and the firearms needed to be shipped ffl to ffl. Not true. Hey Green Monstar, its okay for you to say you dont want to get involved in that transfer at that time. The lady who I saw for about 5 minutes the whole hour came out and asked the guy working the counter to when he had a minute call so and so to come pick up his sh!t (appeared to be a pistol) Nice touch. Prices are high. 10 out of 10 wont be back. I'd rate this place minus stars. -2 Oh, if you do have to wait. Good luck all the available sitting areas are behind the counter. read more

Communication and customer service were surprisingly poor. Despite the manufacturer confirming delivery, there was no communication from staff about policy on shipped and delivered items. The staff then refused to check even with several employees working and 1 other customer. The situation escalated unnecessarily and the item was sent back without resolution, other than the item being sent to another store. Very disappointing experience. read more

Don't trust the people working there to make any recommendations. I purchased a suppressor, and one of the employees handed me a mount for it, in addition to the ones that came with it. Turns out, the mount didn't fit the suppressor, and now they won't let me return it, so I have a paperweight. Their suggestion was to purchase another suppressor that will fit the mount they sold me, and to also purchase another mount from them that will fit what I already have. I have been doing business with Green Monstah for over a year now and in that time they have done well enough to move from a smaller location to a larger one in the same strip mall. They earned it. I love stopping by because everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of pistols and moderate selection of rifles and shotguns. If they do not have what you need in store they have an even wider selection available for order. The inventory is browsable on the website. The transfer fees are very reasonable as are the prices on everything else. The gunsmithing is well done with a short turn around time. This is where I take my mistakes when I have run out of ideas to fix them. Then, they fix them. An expert or beginner will both feel very comfortable in the store and be treated with respect. They even have a relationship with a local range for training for beginners, which I think is awesome. They just started a "try before you buy program" with that range as well. Can't say enough good about my experience there. The owner (didn't catch her name) was awesome. Answered any questions and provided great feedback. There was another gentleman (didn't catch his name either) who was equally helpful in going over options. The shop was well lit, clean and organized. Fantastic, Very friendly, Answered all my questions, Staff was great and actually found out we had some friends in common in the Fire Dept. I will be back for future purchases as prices were great. They had lots of firearms in stock but sadly mine was out of stock. They got on the computer and ordered one for me and it should be in the store within a week. read more

I'm not a real gun person, just a home defense guy, so I always have a little trepidation about walking into a gun store and looking like a complete idiot. My experience with Green Monstah Firearms is nothing short of excellent. The owner and the staff are all very well versed in the weapons they sell as well as specialize in serving the customer's needs. The last weapon I purchsed there was for present for a person who wanted an easy pull. Richie (the owner) went out of her way to show me which was the best, which would be the easiest and which was best suited for the hand of the person the gift was for. There is no better place to purchase a small firearm, or rifle or any weapons they sell than Green Monstah. Right down from the owner to the staff, friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
